Paul made the process easy
Paul made the process easy. I was a bit worried using the website for the first time. The ticket price was a bit higher than listed on the site but the final price was much less than the price would have been through the airline website. Thanks Paul for the wonderful customer service!

It would be zero stars if available. First off, privacy concerns: once you start booking online they call you up (it was 12am) saying that they would love to help you upgrade the flight, and get very irrational when you politely decline. Then, once the flight is booked you get another call that says: we have sent you an email indicating that the status of the booking is Pending. We just received a call from the airline indicating that we cannot offer tickets at this price anymore and you have to upgrade. The 'upgraded price' is a tad more than what the airline offers in their website. This is a complete scam because we were 3 friends who are travelling to Aruba with our respective families (a total of 8 persons) and all 3 of us received the same exact call. They have you credit card and all other info meanwhile.
