Please, open a ticket, and I will be happy to help you. Please bare in mind, when others have had issues with their accounts they open tickets immediately, but I believe you didn't and have waited 1 week+

Before I bought 72 alts all unbanned i have also bought 3 fa's all came unbanned 2 were no stats as i asked and when i bought a vip fa, it came with changeable name, no ban history, vip, and level 35. Best alt shop experience I have had.
