When I ordered my first order I thought I was ordering just the pink drink but I didn’t I ended up ordering all sorts of other stuff I didn’t want and ended up spending 175 dollars as soon as I saw I hurry up and sent an email to cancel and have been dealing with it since. They sent the order anyway still never received my money back then they sending another order out. I’m very disappointed in this company

This company is a HUGE SCAM. They put me on a subscription without letting me know, they keep taking my money 46.30GBP every month, I got enough, contacted them, they responded with the message saying that the billing team will be looking at it. Asked to cancel many times! They still keep charding me money for something I dont need. SCAMMERS, that company must SHUT DOWN, I am fighting with them, writing in English, but those idiots are like dont understanding me at all, or I don't know anymore. Horrible scammers, going to the bank to make sure that money is not going away anymore from my account, but if it will do, I need to shut down my bank account totally and open a new one sadly.

The worst place ever had to dealt with i never ordered but one thing sent me 4 and charged my account csnt get ahold of anyone they won't respond back by email they are fraud

On july I placed a one time order and NO WHERE did it state this was a subscription (I have even checked my order confirmation and did a mock reorder to check and it didn't state anywhere that this was the case)

The following month August i had a payment taken DOUBLE the price off ny initial order, before this there was no 'upcoming orders' or 'confirmation emails'
I tried to contact them and could only find an email address I emailed numerous times to receive the same 'this is being looking into' email back. I followed up several times.
However same happened again this month. Again I emailed.
Again they send the same emails saying they were looking into it. I requested several times to cancel the subscription which I did NOT agree to. And to remove my details off their system and i was ignored.

I have ended up calling my bank to refuse any future payments and to claim the latest payment back. And i am continuing to try and contact them.

My bank told me that this is one of those companies who purposefully do not display the subscription so that you are locked in because they make it incredibly difficult to contact them

Even when their help pages say 'to cancel email us'

This company is horrible!!! Unauthorized purchases on my account. Sent product anyways, inspite of me sending MANY EMAILS to CANCEL this before the product was even sent out. Same response from EMMA. NEVER AUTHORIZED to put me on some monthly subscription. I sent the product back!

I would give 0 if I could. Do not use this company. It is impossible to cancel. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 months now and am stuck in a doom loop with their AI generated bot Emma who keeps repeating what I have said and telling me that a person is looking into it. This company is a scam.

I have not received anything from you.
I have been waiting for a long time .

Been getting this poduct nonstop since June without ordering it, it is September. Useless AI customer service. Huge scam :(

If i could give a zero stars i deffinately would!
You ignored my cancellation request! You refused to give me a returns label when i asked to send your package back!
You refused to give me a full refund and went against all of your OWN returns policy to the point ive had to dispute it with the bank because your a ripping off company that preys on innocent people. You told me a billing team would be in touch with me and they never did and never had any intentions of doing so because you wanted to keep my money. YOU NEED SHUTTING DOWN!

They added another order to what I originally ordered without my permission never refunded my money back I had an allergic reaction to the drink and still have not received a refund and then a few weeks later they added another order without me even ordering anything at all and never refunded the money back they have horrible communication I do not recommend at all

This company is a scam. I planned to just try their product for 1 month only but they sent me another pack the following month and another pack on the third month. I didn't even apply for a subscription. I requested for a cancellation when the 2nd pack arrived through email . But they did not cancel my subscription but instead they sent me another pack. It ended me replying to almost more than 20 emails to an automated mail or AI. I need to contact my bank just to block this company. Please don't fall for this company. They're just taking money.

Whatever you do not use this company or buy there product.
I have been trying for 2months now to cancel my subscription and still they keep taking money why at the same time I not receiving the item which I dont want anyways.
Email many times and you just get the same email back everytime.

The product is impossible to cancel. I have sent over 50 emails to a clearly AI generated response with 0 success. DO NOT ORDER from this company as yo I will never be able to unsubscribe. Highly dissatisfied. I will have to close my bank account as well because I'm when I blocked them they changed billing info. Massive scam. I have been fighting with them since the 2nd shipment was sent.

This product made me sick. They keep sending me a 90 day supply every month. They refuse to take the item back, will not send shipping return labels or refund me. They automatically ship the items without permission. RUN AWAY DONT GET THIS. RATING - MILLIONS

I didn’t even want to give it one star. I have been telling this company to cancel my subscription since July 28,2026. And here it is a month later and they are still billing me. I’ve tried to go online and cancel but there’s nowhere for me to cancel it online. Something they say you can do. I wouldn’t tell anyone to buy this. If anything I would tell them that Alva Slim is nothing but a scam because they refuse to cancel your subscription when you tell them to with numerous emails
