Amaanah Modesty Avis 15

I ordered from Amaanah Modesty on the 1st April. My order arrived on the 11th April. The quality is ok, probably not worth the price. I wanted to return 2 items that weren't as loose fitting as I wanted. I have emailed, tried contacting them through the website, Whats App with no response or acknowlegement. You need to contact them in order to return items. Really bad customer service. I'm currently stuck with 2 pieces of clothing that are no good and i'm out of pocket. Really unsatisfied doesn't even come close. Please be careful buying from this business.

I made a purchase on 24th March which was delivered on 2nd April. The Nida Premium Abaya was too tight so I requested details on how I should return the item however I have contacted the company on several occasions in the first 14 days using email, the online form and Instagram but nobody will respond!

Prior to ordering I received quick replies with discount codes etc and now nobody is responding.

Ik wilde graag mijn producten retourneren, maar werd er aangegeven dat ik de producten mag houden en dat ze het bedrag terug zullen storten omdat er een grote kans was dat de producten toch niet meer verkocht zouden worden. Ik wacht nu al MAANDEN op mijn geld en contact met hun opnemen is onmogelijk. Ze reageren niet via de app en ook niet via social media. Na een tijdje heb ik een mail van hun gekregen dat mijn geld binnen 10 werkdagen gestort zal worden, we zijn inmiddels al weer een maand verder. Ik zou het niet aanraden om hier spullen te kopen. En ik heb nog een boete van Klarna gekregen omdat zij nooit de betaling hebben geannuleerd.

Ik heb 2 bestellingen geplaatst en wel direct een bevestiging gekregen. Daarna bleef het stil. Na een vraag erover te hebben gesteld via hun website, kreeg ik te horen dat de order vertraging heeft vanwege iets in hun warenhuis. Als ik de bestelling toch nodig had voor een gelegenheid moest ik replyen op de mail en zouden ze kijken wat ze konden doen. Ik heb de abaya's nodig voor een feestje en heb ze dat laten weten. Ik heb niks meer gehoord. Na meerdere pogingen via hun website contact te hebben gezocht, hoor ik niks. Wat een slechte service!

I placed an order back in November 9 2024 for the Noor nida abaya and it took a month to receive it. Not only was the abaya too small but it was also too short, and the tie waist band was on my chest instead of being on my waist. I immediately sent it back for a refund and until now (January 19 2024) I am waiting for a refund. My emails and messages on WhatsApp are not being answered, however, they were being answered instantly before I placed an order. I am very disappointed and hope to receive a resolution and refund soon.

The Sakinah Knitt is beautiful. The 54 is long on me and 5'2. I'll try 52 next time.

Had some issues with shipping but they're working on improving their service. I appreciated them responding to me when I reached out and they took my feedback very well, which was a great point in their favor.

As a new hijabi, Amaanah modesty store is by far the best one. They take care of details and that the shipment is made correctly and arrives safely. The quality is amazing and the clothes are so modest. They are so kind and careful and I really appreciate it.

It can be a worry ordering online from a company. Often we have concerns about quality, sizing and authenticity. I ordered Abayas for me and my daughter and we absolutely love them - so much so, I have just placed an order for the same Abaya in 2 more colours.
We will definitely keep a lookout for new collections in future, and if you have any worries about ordering from this company, you may put them to rest. Oh, and customer service are good too!

I don't normally order abayas online as I have been disappointed in the past, but I saw the Sakina Knitt open abaya and couldn't resist so placed my first order with Amaanahmodesty. I was so happy I did as the abaya is absaloutely stunning - it's just as I expected it to be and looks gorgeous over a plain abaya. The customer service is amazing - they keep you informed about your order via whatsapp with prompt replies. I'm normally a size 54 in abayas but the 52 is the correct size for me in the Sakina Knitt, so I would say message and check your size before ordering to avoid ordering the wrong size - messages are replied to very quickly. This company is very trustworthy and honourable. If there's any problems with your order they will ensure it is fixed and you are 100% satisfied.

I placed an order and when the abaya came the size wasn’t correct for me, the person I was dealing with went above and beyond for me to be honest I was so surprised at the customer service level that has been provided
They fixed my issue immediately and sent me out another abaya in another size
The abaya I ordered was the Noor Nida one it is absolutely beautiful the material is amazing it’s really elegant
