Amazing Double Glazing Ltd  Avis

A delightful business that exceeded expectations at every step of our interaction.
They set clear expectations, explained the process in detail, and delivered a high quality service on time.
Good vibes and a jolly team to work with!

Tim and Ron installed our bifold doors
They were very professional and worked really hard nothing was an issue
Was very clean workers removed all waste as they needed to cut a wall out to install the doors
I am going to use this company for further work very soon
Very impressed would recommend this company to anyone who asks me.

Simon and the team did a great job replacing our bathroom window and renovating our bathroom. They were very responsive and listened to what we wanted, especially with an awkward Edinburgh tenement bathroom. They were friendly, easy to deal with, and we're really happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them!

Simon and his team do a brilliant service. Care taken for property. We have used them before and we would recommend if you require windows doors or anything like that give them a call. Brilliant

From the start Mandy was great to talk to. Steve arrived on time and straightaway found the problem. Even gave us solutions should the problem reoccur. Great service from both.

Great value and excellent quality windows. The installation team were professional and efficient. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a new front door fitted today by Stevie T.
What a lovely man who did a great job!
He took great care and tidied up beautifully when finished.
The quality of the workmanship and the door is excellent

I work for Stevenswood and Mandy is very polite on the phone and a pleasure to deal with also the 2 guys who normally collect are great as well would recommend :)

This is the only company out of seven (Edinburgh & Glasgow) that I contacted that: did not cheat me, did not have manipulative selling techniques, had a woman as a dealing contact (huge prize to Mandy), did not talk about irrelevant nonsense (apparently called small talk, which is neither talk nor small, but an emotionally draining manipulation to figure out how much I can afford. They don't do that - what a relief!), and was honest.

I am especially happy from the big triple glazed, tailor-made downstairs window. There had to be some redos to improve initial installment. But yes, I'd use them again.

Good pricing, and very responsive staff! Highly recommended.

Good prices polite efficient friendly very tidy always happy to help would recommend them would certainly use them again Stevie T definitely knew his job and a pleasure to watch him work

Friendly, quick communication. Understanding if requirements, great delivery and installation, taking care of details and tweaks to fit.

We had amazing double glazing redo all our windows, patio door and fit two new internal composite doors.
Simon, Alexandra and fitting team have been fantastic throughout. Communication has been great. Time and price fantastic.
The fitting team were clean, respectful and new what they were doing, approachable and answered any questions. Minimal issues and were fixed quickly as possible.

I had a new front door installed by the Amazing Double Glazing team and the process was easy from start to finish. Great quality door and installation, and excellent customer service!

I’ve recently had new windows fitted and I received a great service from beginning to end. Alex and Mandy were great in the office and the installation team did a fantastic job installing 8 of my windows. I would definitely recommend them.

On time, polite, informative, tidied up after completing-product is beautiful
Definitely use again and would highly recommend
Thank you

Messed up the windows, lied to me said they were fine.

Turned up to fix them but they were too messed up to fix, the guy that turned up said "a child could have done better".

Then they turned up a third time about a month later at 3pm and Simon the owner actually asked me how he should fix the windows. The technician who turned up with him said it was a terrible job not knowing it was the owner of the company that had done the dodgy work. When I told him who did it he said "it wasn't him that did it, he owns the company, he knows what he is doing", when I said it was as I was here when he started it, the guy was speechless.

They also damaged my toilet seat without offering a solution.

To make matters worse they have contacted me about this review and in a sternly worded email tried to gas-light me about what happened.

Had new high quality front door and bifiold doors installed. Prices were good, customer service was good and installation team were professional, tidy and quite fast too! Definitely recommended.

Great quality windows with a much quicker than expected turnaround time, the team were so lovely and very efficient getting all the work done to a high standard in one day leaving no mess. Very fair pricing too, would recommend

Highly recommend Amazing Double Glazing. Excellent service all the way through. Will definitely use them again. Great team of workers.
