My package was delayed a few days…

My package was delayed a few days because of a heavy snowstorm. It arrived later than expected, but the team kept me updated the whole time. They explained what was happening with the carrier and reassured me. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually communicates instead of going silent.

I compared several websites before…

I compared several websites before placing my order and decided to go with AmberLollipop. Looking back, I’m glad I did. The quality is solid and the packaging was neat and carefully done. The after-sales team even followed up to check if everything arrived safely and if I was satisfied. That extra attention made me feel more confident about the brand.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I placed my first order, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The item looked exactly like the photos and felt sturdy and well made. Shipping was actually faster than I thought. I also asked a small usage question and got a clear reply within a day. Overall, a smooth experience.

I did receive the wrong item at first

I did receive the wrong item at first, which was a bit disappointing. But I emailed them and they got back to me within 24 hours. They immediately sent out the correct piece by express shipping, and they even let me keep the necklace that was sent by mistake. That kind of service really impressed me. Mistakes happen, but they handled it well.

I ordered something from AmberLollipop…

I ordered something from AmberLollipop for my best friend’s birthday party and it was honestly such a cute gift. A few people even asked me where I got it. It looked even better in real life than in the photos. Shipping was on time and when I had a quick question about delivery, customer service replied pretty fast. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered earrings that do not work on…

I ordered earrings that do not work on my ear. They are supposed to cuff up the ear and just fall off. I have sent 3 emails requesting return info and heard NOTHING! I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute. HORRIBLE on every level

Replaced faulty items swiftly with responsive customer service

*UPDATE*: They have contacted and offered to replace my orders with items that look more like the photos on their website. I am happy with how they have handled the situation and trust that they will closely monitor their product quality in the future. Overall, very prompt email replies and shipping from them.

I would give zero star if I could.

The products look NOTHING like the photos. I ordered the raw aquamarine necklace and earrings. The photos on the website show a rough surface like what a real gemstone should look like. I received a flat knife-cut plastic like stone instead. You can even see the machine-cut marks on the "stone". I wish I could attach photos here. I doubt it is 18K gold either. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. DO NOT order from this website. It is a scam!

Counterfeit postage

I ordered last sept 13 but till now I did not get my order. It was held by usps because of counterfeit postage. They denied this but till now I’m still waiting for my package.
