I've recently switched to Amcare for my stoma supplies. I can't speak highly enough about this company. The staff are extremely pleasant and very supportive!! Nothing is too much trouble. I've dealt with Nicola on a few occasions now and she's been amazing!! She's so understanding and she really cares. She solved a problem for me so I honestly can't thank her enough...she's a credit to Amcare. Thanks so much ❤️

Amcare by Convertec can only be described as perfection I’ve been using this company for all my ileostomy pouches and requirements for over two years now and their service and dedication to excellence is outstanding. The lady I deal with by the name of Sharon has been so helpful and professional. I can’t praise her enough a truly outstanding company and fantastic staff that all deserve five stars for pure excellence.

Amcare staff have helped me find products that work for me and my body. The Esteem Body pouch has been life-changing. Gone are months of skin damage and daily discomfort. I've got my life back again, confident to get out and about without fear of leakage.

T. Green,from Colne, Lancs: I first contacted Fiona Gurney after receiving a flyer through the post.I was interested in sampling Esteem body pouches for my colostomy stoma. I have had my stoma since 2020,and have tried many different types of stoma pouches.I had problems with the adherence and also allergie and other problems.After discussing my problems with the knowledgable, Fiona we decided that a convex type of pouch would best suit my needs.I was already on a 3.5 mm convex pouch, and Fiona suggested I try the Convatec esteem 7mm convex pouch. This pouch has made my life so much easier. I now don’t have adhesion or other problems with my pouch. Thankyou so much for helping me out, Fiona . It has taken me 6 years to get to where I am now with my stoma and I hope I will have many more years to come without my former pouch problems

Having never been told I could change suppliers I contacted Amcare after seeing there advert on Facebook for paste(I have a dip) they contacted me allayed my fears about moving and sent me paste and a different bag to try. For the first time in over 2years I have no leaks, change my bag every 3rd day but best of all it is so comfortable I can't tell I have it on.

Contacted convatec and requested some samples as I wasn't happy with the brand of bags I was using upon discharge. Sandra contacted me and discussed in depth what my issues were and settled on the esteem body bags and diamonds and sent me the samples.
Well im sooo glad she did as during this time I had a delivery of my old bags and they were faulty 🙃 thankfully i had the convatec ones on hand! So I made the switch immediately. Then Sandra rang me to see how I was getting on and I told her about my eventful couple of days and how the samples she sent had saved the day , and being the absolute legend she is sent me out more to tide me over while my prescription got sorted with my new bags on! The level of care and compassion was unmatched and im so grateful! Fantastic company, staff and products!

Very impressed with the help and support from Reuban. Provided samples very quick which arrived next day and were really effective with helping my issues. Reuban was very informative about products and promt with delivery and communication along with a friendly and approachable manner.

Honestly this company is by far the best out there, if I’d of found them 16 years ago when my journey began then it would have being a lot less stressful! They fight for you, they look after you, they make sure that you’re ok, they chase prescriptions so we don’t have too, nothing is too much trouble and even if you ring with just the most simple question, they actually take the time to make sure you’re happy and comfortable with how they’ve explained things. Then….. the stoma nurse team - wow, by far the best nurse I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve met a lot of nurses but these nurses are a level above!
