I’m very disappointed with my experience with Amelia Boutique and want to warn others.
I ordered a dress that was advertised as “made in the USA,” but it was actually made in China. During checkout, there was a 10% discount offer, which I assumed applied to my purchase—but it turned out to only apply if I bought a second dress. This was not clearly stated and felt very misleading.
I contacted customer service immediately to cancel or adjust my order, but I was told it was already on its way, which seemed unlikely given how quickly I reached out.
When the order arrived, I received two dresses. The fabric quality was extremely poor, and neither dress fit properly. I contacted customer service again and was told I could not return them. Instead, they offered me the option to keep the dresses and order something else—but there is nothing else on their site that I want.
Now I’m stuck with $120 worth of dresses that are unwearable, and I can’t even give them away.
Please be careful and read reviews before ordering from this company—you could save yourself money and frustration.

The product arrived... and I was embarrassed to even present it to my wife for her Birthday.

There is NO denim collar, there is an "elastic" cuff and waist, cheap plastic buttons.. there is NO cable
and knit on this garment.

The piece I just received is a DIE SUBLIMATED "SHIRT" not a seater. I have a company that's been doing Sublimated clothing for over 10 years.... and what you sent is a cheap sublimated "Shirt" not
even close to what you show and describe. FYI.. My company can do this shirt for under $5.00 USD.

This is FALSE advertising and you should be ashamed of presenting it as described and pictured.

I had a horrible experience. I ordered a dress...from a company that advertised it was domestically based. As I checked out, there was a popup asking if I wanted an addition 10 percent off. I clicked yes. I was charged for TWO items. I immediately e-mailed and said I only wanted one. The return said "it's too late, but when the items arrive you can easily return one. We'll guide you through the process." The items arrived and I contacted the company. Now they say my only option is to mail it back to China (expensive)....or to get a 10 percent refund. They suggested I "gift or donate" the dress. What a scam.

Defekte Ware geliefert, keine Reaktion auf Reklamationen in mehreren Mails, Rücksendeadresse nur nach Fernost, Zahlung über Klarna wurde konsequent eingefordert Vorsicht!

After waiting for over thirty days for these boots to arrive, they showed up at least three sizes too big with no way to return without paying a fortune more than the cost of the boots. The quality is abysmal. It looks like they're made out of paper. The fit the comfort the customer service are all an f.

ATTENZIONE TRUFFA!
Hanno in parte preso il nome da un sito di un brand affidabile che come leggo da altre recensioni ovviamente s’è dissociato da loro!
Ci sono prodotti con foto prese da Prada o altri brand di lusso ma si tratta in realtà di scarsissimi prodotti cinesi !
Sono riuscita a recuperare i soldi spese solo perché ho pagato con paypal altrimenti avrei subito una truffa per un prodotto che ovviamente ho dovuto buttare nella spazzatura

Nach lager Wartezeit ein völlig mangelhaftes Produkt erhalten

Das gelieferte Kleid sah nicht aus wie auf dem Bild. Wirklich nur eine geringe Ähnlichkeit. Der Kundenservice hat dann mehrfach versucht, mir einen Rabatt anzudrehen. Als ich dann endgültig den Rückversand wollte, musste ich diesen selbst zahlen. 50€ - was genau dem Preis entsprach. Von Warenwert ist nicht die Rede, denn es sind billige, schlecht geschnittene und verarbeitete Billigteile. Ein einziges Mal habe ich nicht über Paypal gezahlt und bin direkt an sowas gekommen - absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich habe keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Nun stellt sich das Unternehmen stumm…

Die Lieferzeit war viel zu lange, die Ware qualitativ mangelhaft und der Rücksendeprozess unglaublich.
Ich habe nur KI-generierte E-Mails bekommen, die immer wieder versucht haben, mir Rabatte anzubieten, damit ich den Artikel behalte.

Zunächst wartete ich 4 Wochen auf die Bestellung und dann kam billigste China-Ware an.Das Zurücksenden müsste ich auf eigene Kosten tun, dies würde sich 48€ belaufen, bei einem Warenwert von 45€. Der Shop ist absolut unseriös und eine Abzocke!

Würde eigentlich hier null Sterne geben. Lasst bloß die Finger davon. Unseriöser Shop- Versprechen Lieferung von 3-5 Werktagen- Lieferung erst Wochen später.
Die Ware ist das billigste vom billigen.
Wenn man zurückgeben möchte,gibt es unzählige Angebote um die Ware zu behalten und wenn man endlich eine Rücksendeadresse bekommt,soll man sie nach China schicken. Gut das man die Rücksendekosten bezahlen muss,steht ja auf der Website aber das es nach China gehen soll,leider nicht. Hab mir mein Geld über PayPal Käuferschutz zurückgeholt.

Die Ware kam viel zu spät an und ist qualitativ eine Katastrophe!
Zurück seden kann man es auch nicht so einfach, also ist das Geld weg!

Leider ist meine Ware nicht angekommen!!! Obwohl ich mit Paypal gezahlt habe gab es keine Käuferschutz Rückzahlung, da sie irgendeine sendungsnummer vorgelegt haben, die als zugestellt gelabelt war- worauf aber weder mein Name noch die Straße hinterlegt war. Sehr enttäuschend auch insbesondere von Paypal, denn selbst DHL hat mir kommuniziert, dass hier was schiefgelaufen ist,denn bei dieser Sendung ist nichts hinterlegt. Kundenservice ist glaube ich ein bot und reden sich immer raus. Habe weder eine Ersatzware noch das Geld zurück bekommen. Richtiger Scam Vorsicht!!!!

Leider ganz schlechter Schnitt schlechter Stoff alles billiges Zeug. Leider auch reingefallen und dazu auch noch ewige Wartezeiten. Bitte nicht den selben Fehler machen...

Von wegen Familienunternehmen und Lieferzeit 2 - 3 Tage.
Billige China Ware, viel zu klein, die Ware soll nach unzähligen Mails an 2 unterschiedliche Adressen in China geschickt werden. Mein Geld habe ich über den Paypal Käuferschutz zurück erhalten.

Da bin ich wohl reingefallen! Billigware aus China! Die Kleider sind zwar angekommen und viel zu klein! Rücksendung siehe die weiteren Kommentare! Bloss nichts dort bestellen!!!
