A little higher than I was expecting…

Inflexible Returns.... really dissatisfied
I bought a pair of boots which were lovely but just a little too big. I returned them but because I was outside of their 14 day return policy I had to take a credit note and not a refund so now I have had to chose a pair of shoes I don't want.... flexibility is not their strong point... I won't be shopping there again as a result and neither will my friend network.
And after the reply... like I said, inflexible...
