Great experience with this company. Ordered a second sb1000 and although not last years price was still a great deal. Delivery prompt and good communication.Would definitely buy from them again if upgrading.

Wowser! Great service and a great product
Wowser! that was super dooper quick and just what I've been looking for for over a year, yup the AC Infinity cooler turned up earlier this afternoon. Thank you kindly for that.
I'd actually looked into getting one from AC Infinity in the States last year, as they were impossible to find here then, but like so much in life it got put off and then the cold weather came and we needed to heat the house with the waste heat from the amplifier again!
Anyway having given it a real world test on probably the second hottest day on record it works like an absolute dream, far, far, FAR better than I expected it would or even could, the amp now stays super cool and no more burnt fingers, "BONUS!" As you'll know it is also remarkably well made and put together and even on the highest speed isn't too noisy, especially in a larger room.
So pleased am I that I'll probably be back for another.one, which is I suppose a bit like stereo?
The way the worlds going everybody with hot running audio gear is not only going to want these they're going to need them!
Anyway it's arrived here safe and sound, it's - add your own expletive here - GREAT and keep up the great work, someone in the country has to!

He was then really proactive about informing me of lightly delivery timescales for my order and my new Sub in good time and sounds fantastic.

Again fantastic customer services from Chris and his team this time round I purchased the ac infinity aircom t10 amplifier cooler very nice but of kit for that added piece of mind that your av equipment won't over heat very solid construction quiet operating and looks fantastic definitely recommend 👌

Excellent company who care about providing a good service
Really impressed with the service provided by American Audio. They kept me informed with updates as to the progress of my order/delivery, which rarely happens with other companies. Speakers I bought look and sound amazing. Definitely would recommend.

A good experience
I took a chance with a relatively new company, to me and had a good experience. I did have a problem with the first delivery attempt due to an inexperienced driver but we liaised and got the item on the second attempt.
The supplier is active on relevant social media platforms and engages with potential customers. I would recommend him.

Cannot recommend highly enough
Cannot recommend highly enough. Chris was happy to discuss the various options for as long as needed. I do not buy or replace AV kit very often so when I do I want to know I am making good choices. Felt very confident that the advice from American Audio helped me do that.
Been enthralled by the SVS sub-woofer I bought from them.
Would only add that delivery and packaging etc was fast & faultless.
A pleasure to do business is usually a cliche but in this instance just the truth.
