This was a complete waste of money. Their website is misleading and you cannot cancel without a huge penalty, although the website clearly says you can cancel and does not mention the fee. They did 5 minutes worth of work that I could have done on my own, in fact I still had to do everything except make the appointment with TSA. Waste of $100...can't believe I didn't research better so it's my own fault, so please look into it further and just go directly with TSA. NO NEED TO USE THEIR SERVICE.

Scamming behavior! Really charge me $100 to do TSA Pre-check leading me to believe I've paid when I haven't. Shame on you

While the level of service provided is technically adequate, the issue of cost without adequate transparency is one of the largest problems. Prospective customers will find it very difficult to discern, via the website, that this is not an official government site, and it was only after the entire transaction was over that I realized I was paying a third-party processing site, not the government. While I was eventually able to receive the level of support I need, I would advise proceeding with caution.

This company is a scam I paid $86 and got charged again $76 at my appointment very frustrated do not trust them

SCAM Company!!!! Bait and switch. Took my $ 86.00 and refused to refund my money back when I realized I had been misled by these CROOKS to believing this a real TSA pre-check application site. If you are reading these reviews you are most likely a victim of their scheme. Dispute charges with your bank, and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau - good luck

This is a scam website. Beware they are not authorized to provide any government IDs. You need to go to the government website ending in .gov for your TSA Precheck, passport, social security etc.Do not provide them any information or pay them.

This is a scam. I learned today at my TSA Pre-Check appointment that any organization that charges up front online is a scam. You will only pay in person at your fingerprint appointment. Only trust the official government website, and don’t click on anything that comes in through text message. Again, if it’s asking you for money up front, that is not official.

I am at the airport in Charlotte and want to get TSA approval and was charged $86 which I thought was the total for the service but after making an appointment it says I will be charged another $76 when I go. Totally misleading and ridiculous to charge twice and advertise at the airport while people are already stressed out. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people.

This service is a complete joke. They charge you 67.00 to fill out an application & tell you where to send it! Duuuuh!

Like everyone else - this is a scam. They present like you’re paying the TSA pre check fee; however, they’re just setting up your appointment and charging you more than the cost for pre-check.

I was sent a form to fill out for new social security card. I paid online $67 by credit card. Mailed all relevant data in their special pre- paid cardboard folder. Today, they mailed everything back, in a regular envelope, with no explanation. ID 79163

Total rip-off. I thought I was on the TSA website until the last page, and realized I'd already put in my cc info and paid. Pay attention, folks. Predatory websites like this are scamming you. The TSA website is fine, and you can schedule your own appointments easily enough. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!!

I am thinking that there is a scam going on
I was scheduled for an appointment on September 22 at 10:20 AM in the Staples store at 18th St. in Camelback upon the appointment found out that I needed to have an additional document because of my last name from my ID needs to have proof of who I was that was not a problem. I left that appointment and rescheduled another appointment which was made on that day for September 24 at 11:20. At the confirmation of that appointment I was charged $97 directly from my banking account. Have proof of receipt for this. Upon the day of the appointment of September 24 getting a TSA documents taken care . But at the end of that appointment was charged $76 and some change which I informed her that I had already paid $97 on the 22nd for the visit. My question is why are you charging me twice for TSA clearance not very happy and would like to get this situation taken care of.
