We had a great time! Everyone on board treated us like royalty! All the entertainment & executions were wonderful and lots of fun!

The food,snacks, beverages, staterooms,everything was extremely good and all covered with one price. Very nice.

The cruise on the whole was great. One evening show was poor, a husband and wife duo. The excursions we chose were fine. We especially enjoyed the plantation tours and the horse and buggy exploration in Natchez with guide, Lane and horse, Clyde. Polly, the onboard River Historian was fabulous. Meals were tasty with a good selection. Sometimes plated food was not hot and my husband complained that the chicken in one salad choice was not tender. The food served in the lounge was often cold, especially the breakfast sandwiches. Overall, a great time, due mainly to YOUR TREMENDOUS STAFF!!!!

The ship and rooms were great. The food was….a grade of B. The wait staff in the restaurant was good ,although very young they tried hard. However the waits for some meals was very long. One tour in Vicksburg was a waste of time showing us only where the guide attended school! Faith was excellent as a waitress, Julio was attentive and good at his job, The hotel manager was excellent. Our room was kept nicely. Topher always seemed to do a good job. The itinerary was excellent.

All the employees are very helpful & friendly. The entertainment & the lectures on the history we are traveling through is excellent. I enjoyed the tours but I took two tours in Beaufort that were very similar, the horse drawn carriage ride & the Pat Conroy’s golf cart exploration. The carriage ride would have been enough.

Very organized when it comes to getting travelers to & from the ship. Crew is MAGNIFICENT, Dinner options were not to our liking. We prefer simple comfort type food. Cabin was lovely & roomier than expected. Land excursions could be more exciting/fun.

As always on ACL, the staff and crew made the trip! We were treated so nicely the whole time. The stops were interesting and the ship , American Glory, was well maintained and well handled. We’ve already signed up for our 5th ACL cruise next year.

The atmosphere is very friendly to develop relationships. Many activities to chose from. Good food . Staff is very attentive and fun. Trip locations are beautiful and unique. Well organized.

Attention to detail. Only criticism would be guide that we had at LSU. She went way to fast for the older group that she was leading.

Staff, quality and efficiency

Every aspect was wonderful but if I had to choose one, it would be the customer service. Each level of staff were always so available and so friendly. And I know from top Management to the bottom had to be constantly exhausted. Passengers truly respect, honor and thank them.

Boat was clean. Staff were attentive. The food was good. I had no complaints.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. All of our needs were met and the food was exceptional.

The crew was great and very accommodating. Food was delish! The excursions were interesting and varied. I was traveling solo and I found everyone-staff and guests friendly and inclusive. Loved the entertainment and guest lecturers. My only complaint is some of those guest lectures were during excursion times. I would’ve enjoyed participating in them, but was unable to because I was off the ship. I wish all of those informative lectures on our boat and destinations were held when everybody on the ship could’ve attended.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on this cruise. It was our second experience with ACL and we're hooked! The ship and accomodations were comfortable and clean. The crew doesn't know the words "no" or "can't." They have an attitude of "yes and...," from the captain to the wait staff to the housekeeping staff. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. At every meal, we had a tough choice of which dish to order because there were wonderful options. The lectures and enrichment programs on board were top-notch. And the nightly entertainment was high quality. It was hard to disembark, but we had hugs all around, and booked our next trip before we left the ship.

ACL did a superb job during our cruise. What sets ACL apart is their ships are American built, staffed and sail American waters.
Our party experienced a medical emergency and one of our companions needed to be evacuated off the ship. The crew of the American Eagle did an outstanding and timely job of making this happen.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. So friendly and helpful. Especially Jessica our server. She made the whole trip so much fun and made all our meal times a lot of laughter and she took care of everything we could ask for.
