First time customer, good experience.

While bad reviews exist, I will admit I was hesitant at first to place an order after reading the reviews but the experience was good.

Also nothing arrived damaged. Everything ordered was accounted for.

Everything arrived as described, nothing was expired or tasted badly.

I'll definitely order again.

I have ordered twice from them and both times 5* service, quick dispatch and packaged very well.

My go to place for imports. They have always communicated if they didn’t have something I ordered in stock anymore and offer to either refund or replace it with something else. Pretty reliable, decent dispatch. Dates always have a few months to go minimum too.

Have been using this company for a few years and can honestly said I have never experienced any issues with them. I will admit their customer service has been lacking at times but on this occasion they answered my inquiry within 24 hours and my order of 24 drinks arrived after 7 days. It's sad to see so many negative reviews for American Fizz, that's really a shame - but I can only comment on my own experiences, which have always been positive.

Ive been ordering from American Fizz for a couple of years, not very often, but every now and again.
And up until the last order I had never had a problem,
I ordered two bags of 'Pop' popcorn among a few other items, when i opened my parcel i found that both bags of popcorn had been identically cut into and the air released out of to make them fit into the box, this also caused them to go stale, which i was very disheartened as the Oreo one was going to be part of my niece's xmas bundle

My first bad experience with American Fizz

Fantastic customer service, I requested that my order be cancelled due to a sudden emergency on my end, but shortly after the cancellation we managed to solve the issue so I sent a new email stating that it was no longer necessary, although I was being quite difficult by doing this I received a very fast reply both times from one of their staff names Tina, and one the order was shipped it arrived the next day with everything I ordered packaged very well.

Ordered about 8kg of stuff from their clearance section. Loads of little bits. Literally about 100 items in all.
They had it packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Can’t fault them!

Awful. Tried several times to give them my money and it didn't work. Instead I happily spent twice as much at their competitor. Can only assume nobody runs this business and it's destined to run into the ground.

I'm not sure what I think when reading the reviews, but if I am totally honest with you all, I see no issues to date with them. Even if there is an issue, they sort every single time.
Personally I like this company, and feel your orders will be dealt with properly. Thankyou American fizz, your service is grateful.

After reading a lot of negative reviews from this place I was a bit worried but everything came well in date (apart from items clearly advertised as past best before date). Drinks were well packaged, delivered quickly and good value compared to other similar stores. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Ordered from this company loads of times. Usually really good. Ordered a pepsi lime. Which came a year out of date. Contact support twice. No response. Social media they've read my message but no response.

Don’t often leave reviews but I’ve had a few negative experiences with other companies lately so felt obliged too. I ordered from here for someone as a gift and everything was perfect, delivered within a few days and even looked at my note saying it was a gift and acted accordingly, definitely be ordering again in the future.

I ordered some Gatorade Mix and was really impressed with the service. It arrived within 48 hours, was well-packaged, sealed, and well within date. Everything was exactly as expected. Thank you.

I order 10 monster cans, 6 of them came outdated for almost a year and some of them didn't have expiry date at all. I contacted customer service, no response. Scammers selling expired products. Avoid!

What an amazing company. Just delivered three big tins of the Bush's Best Baked Beans. All in date, fast delivery, well packaged and carefully delivered. Thank you so much. They even gave a free lip balm with the order. I highly recommend American Fizz.

Fantastic company, ignore comments you get what you pay for, they sell out of date stuff at a lower price to get rid.

Some of the stuff they sell is so outdated I had to throw it. Not great communication either, wouldn't use them again.

I brought creamy Reese's peanut butter jar is take me while look for it i'm very happy with package well wrap n they have fragile stickers, very happy lid not broken normally other got cracked very bit annoying with it n i thought is a scam but is not very goods

Parcel went missing and they don't care a reported it and got nowhere with them apart from a rude email
