Fair price and nice people. The only real problem is this company has had mostly issues. They have shut down at least twice. Customers deserve a company that they can trust. When we want to order. We usually seem to see some kind of problem. I will probably order again hoping they get there act together. No matter how many times you change your name without dealing with the real issues this will only happen again. I just order somewhere else. Just my opinion thank you

I would rate them negative stars if I could. Meat sent finally arrived a week late and thawed. It was rancid and I was happy it was garbage day the next day. They do not honor their word. We'll see if my refund actually arrives. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I received my meat order today that was not frozen. Order was thawed. I called and texted finally got email wanting pictures. Sent random pi’s now 30 min later no response. Main line and customer service line go to voice mail. No response after an hour wait. I have a box of bloody thawed out steaks and ground beef, that I do not know what to do with it. This company is definitely not Agridime. I never had this problem with them

I am a decently long time customer back to when it was called Agridime. Agridime was flawless. Shipped quickly, quality was unbeatable, and the website sold some other items like tallow candles that were cool.
They did this bizarre change, can’t remember when, to American Grazed. If I remember correctly I couldn’t order from them for a couple of months.
What came out of that is a product that is nowhere as good. Complaints:
1. Quality is not as good. I ordered 20 grass fed ribeyes a few months ago. No consistency in size, most were missing the cap, and just kind of tough. I won’t order again.
2. How can they not have grass fed ground beef!!! Ever. Are you kidding me. Grind up some chuck roasts good gosh
3. Packaging has gotten was worse. 50% of the packages have the deal broken.

I am moving away from them.

I ordered About $250 worth of Meat from their black Friday sale and almost EVERY STEAK, EVERY CARNE FLAP, and EVERY SINGLE SHORT RIB Had multiple holes in the vacuum seals. The few that I found that don’t have holes have Frostbite in the package and a smell when thawed out.

Long story short, they did replace some of the meat after over a month of waiting for them, But almost every single package I thaw out I continue to find holes. I reached out with another email letting them know that at this point I’m extremely disappointed and just assume at this point they had a Black Friday sale to get rid of all their damage packaging. That email was sent a week ago with no response still.

I was very understanding and patient with them, Even after taking a month to replace a couple items. This company has been my meat supplier for about three years, And it’s fair to say that Doesn’t matter.

We ordered a special bundle, one for our home and one as a gift. We received someone else’s order and I contacted the and they made it right immediately. The beef we ordered is delicious and very tender so far. Only 1 small complaint, I ordered 5 pounds of ground beef and it came in 1 package frozen solid, I was expecting 5-1 lb packages. I will definitely order from them again.

I caught a "black friday" sale of the ribeyes.. The shipping was fine and everything arrived still frozen.. The ribeyes certainly passed the eyeball test. However, when I put the first steak into the pan, it began to cook unlike any steak that I've EVER cooked & I've cooked hundreds of steak including A5 waygu.. I went ahead and cooked them to my doneness & let me tell you, the flavor was so offputting. Now I'm stuck with 12 of their ribeyes & i will not be eating them... GROSS GROSS F++×*** GROSS

When I found this company I wasn’t sure what to expect. I work for the USDA so I know meat. I did their Black Friday sale so I got amazing deals. The Steaks were all Choice, and very cheap. They put 6 ice packs in the delivery box everything was complete frozen when it arrived. It my first steak tasted great definitely a better value than Butcher box or good chop. Way cheaper than the grocery store

I ordered over 8 times from the Company Agridime apparently they changed names to American Grazed Beef. $180 of Spoiled Beef Customer Service didn't care blaming me, maybe you could have placed more ice or dry ice they denied my claim. I tried leaving a review 3 times on their site but it doesn't show hopefully this gets their attention New Company Thumbs Down!! Apparently they are being sued when out of business and became American grazed beef, which also disappeared from the market beware of these fly-by-night companies, I lost a $180.

I ordered a special they had with a mix of steaks. The lower quality steaks were ok but I just cooked 3 filets and they are delicious! The only reason I probably won’t order from them again is the distance to ship is too far and it took 3 days causing the meat to partly thaw. The biggest problem is the meat is not sealed well and it was a bloody mess! It’s unfortunate that they don’t fix their packaging issue because I have seen several complaints about that issue. I have ordered from a few other companies that sell grass fed grass finished beef and all of them have their pros and cons unfortunately.

Great customer service. My beef arrived frozen and intact. Ups said that the shipment was cancelled, I called and left a message, within five minutes I had a email reply from customer service. She assured me it would be on truck that day. And it was!!! Thank you. Haven't ate any yet, but I will let you all know if it was tender and flavorful. I'm back, had one bone in rib steak, one filet mignon, and cooked 3- 1/3 lb. 80/20 beef patties. Absolutely delicious and pretty darn tender.

Bought meet during their "sales" 4th of July and labor day. Both orders canceled! Guess they can't fulfill their sale prices.

I order the ribeye steaks with bone and filet Mignons many times and they are amazing. I just spoke to Janie Thomas regarding an order I had a problem with and she resolved it quickly. Love the steaks and service.

Maybe one star when price is considered. We have ordered from this company several times (even before they changed their name) and the beef is the worst we have ever had, not taste but the toughness. We tried more than once. We learned not to order single cuts as they are way to thin so we ordered a whole strip steak so as to cut to our thickness. We could hardly cut the steak. I see good reviews for this company and do not understand it.

2nd time ordering steaks, meat is good but my last order, 6 steak out of 17 had a bad vacuum seal. they would not honor their commitment to quality. they would not replace them or refund the full amount for the 6 steaks . on to a different company that honors quality

I have ordered from this company several times over the years and had always been very happy with my purchases. In Feb I noticed they were running a great sale: everything was nearly 50% off. So, I loaded up.

I ordered beef patties, beef stir fry meat, and three whole chickens. I never received an order confirmation, and some days later I called, and they shipped it out via overnight air.

When I received the package, the stir fry beef looked great, however the beef patties were freezer burned and gray. And the chickens had a packaging date that was 30 months old.

I reached out to them twice with no response. Their website showed no availability of any products...for months on end. It quickly became obvious to me they were clearing out their inventory because as of recently, the website no longer exists, and apparently they no longer have an online store.

I feel like I got duped. How can chickens 30 months old be fresh? The burger patties and stir fry beef had no packaging dates on them at all, so it's anyone's guess how old those products are.

Oh well, I guess things happen, but I was very disappointed.

Although i haven't yet tasted every product i purchased, so far, so good.

I was happy finding quality meat and having it delivered free to me. The only negative thing I can say is that the vacuum sealer packages leak.

The meat, price, and shipping time were perfectly satisfactory. Two slight problems though: So far all the packages of meat that I have thawed have leaked into my fridge. I don't like cleaning up sticky gooey blood. Other thing that's a pretty small gripe but it's something that is standard with online sellers and should be with this company as well: I got no shipping confirmation from my order. I got an order confirmation, but was never notified that my order had actually shipped. When it came it was a surprise as I assumed they hadn't shipped it yet. I guess surprises are kinda nice?
