No response from customer service email.
Tried to contact customer service. Sent several emails. Never got a response.
The duvet is great quality though. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and hoping to get that situation fixed I emailed the customer service but no response. 2 starts simply because the duvet I did receive was great but clearly customer service is not a focus here.

Customer Service Issues (no working email or phone number)
I placed two orders, one was confirmed shipped. The other there has been no updates, even when I look on the website. I tried emailing three times, the emails bounced back (email invalid). I even tried calling over three times, no answer at 11:20 am, not even the lunch hour. My order is #9019. Perhaps leaving this review will get some sort of help. Especially since I paid already. Please call the number at TrustPilot to reach someone about your order.
