I bought an AMIRI T-shirt in July 2024 from an authorised retailer. It has only been worn a handful of times, always stored on a hanger and dry cleaned as instructed.

Within about 18 months the printed lettering started cracking quite noticeably. For a garment at this price point, I would have expected better durability.

I contacted both the retailer and AMIRI, but the issue was simply attributed to “normal wear and tear.” I found the response fairly dismissive and disappointing given the premium positioning of the brand.

For a luxury label, durability should reasonably match the price and branding. This experience has definitely made me more hesitant about buying AMIRI again.

Resultó ser el peor producto que he recibido en mi vida: material de baja calidad, costuras mal hechas, ajuste horrible y detalles que se ven baratos y mal acabados, nada que ver con lo que muestran en fotos. Parece un fake o un producto de segunda mano disfrazado.
Lo peor fue el servicio al cliente: intenté iniciar la devolución dentro del plazo (solo 10 días desde la entrega, según su política ridículamente corta), pero las respuestas por email son genéricas, lentas y evasivas. No responden a preguntas específicas, ignoran fotos de los defectos y parecen no querer procesar el reembolso. No hay teléfono para hablar con alguien real, solo un formulario inútil y un portal de returns que da problemas.
Para una marca que cobra precios exorbitantes, el servicio es cero: rude, desinteresado y enfocado solo en vender sin importar la satisfacción del cliente. Nunca más compro AMIRI, y desaconsejo totalmente a cualquiera que valore su dinero y tiempo. Peor experiencia con una marca de “lujo” que he tenido jamás. 0/5 estrellas.

I placed an order, and the order went through, and payment accepted. A few days later I inquired about shipping as I had still not received any email. I was told to basically refer to their shipping policy. A day later I received an email stating that they canceled my order because they were unable to fulfill it. I then went on the website and placed a secondary order as I await the refund from the first and paid for rush delivery. I asked if they could possibly rush the second order since the cancelation of the first order was beyond my control and the system processed an order for an item that they did not have in stock. Needless to say, they couldn't even do that and sent their usual generic response. For the price of their items, I think the customer service should be reevaluated.

Ordered 3 items via their website and I can't return anything.
because they say because it is a sale items.
but it is not reported or displayed anywhere on their website.
Only once you have placed the order and paid properly do they say that I have now lost 768 euro to their special return policy.
they are purely scams.
because it clearly states that there are 14 return days after the delivery date.
They want you to order and pay for something, but you have to know your size, so you don't get a chance to try it on or view the product.
AMIRI is the only brand with such special rules.
and their customer service is super bad, they are not available by phone and if they receive criticism on the email, they respond once and never again, they try to refuse.
So please note that you are not allowed to return sale items.
Even if there is no physical store in your country, otherwise you could try it on.
they are money only and zero service.
worst brand ever.
never shop with them again.

ordered a few pairs of jeans, paid extra for next day delivery and didn't get them for 4 days. The jeans were good my only issue is with the delivery and lack of response from customer service regarding my issue

Beware these guys will not
Refund your returns and wont reply to emails. No contact number. Been waiting 4 months for a refund. Absolutely shocking for a company like this.
