Amoredate company needs to be upfront with the customers about their policies. Because most customers that signed up. And start chatting. They have no idea that they cannot exchange information to continue with their relationship off the website. They are stuck with paying only to chat. And each time you read a letter or send audio messages they get you to pay even more money to open the letter or email etc, it’s a ripoff.

It's faked profils and they use AL. for the answers you get and you just loose your money

Ich finde es ehrlich gesagt zu hart wenn wirklich schon in den AGB's steht das Controller eingesetzt werden. Ich denke auch das der Großteil der Profile nicht Real sind. Es werden einem eindeutige Fotos gesendet mit eindeutigen Angeboten aber wenn man sich dann treffen will kommen Ausreden und jede Nachricht wird Grundsätzlich mit Gegenfragen beantwortet um vor allem Männer zum kaufen von Coins zu animieren die auch noch dementsprechend Teuer sind. Das Glücksrad ist auch nur um wie gesagt vor allem Männer weiter auf der Seite zu halten.

Vorsicht, Betrug!
Auf der Website werben die damit, dass man Kontakt zu realen Menschen aufnehmen kann, um die Liebe zu finden. Da stehen ganz groß diese Slogans: "Partnervermittlungen mit Niveau" und "Kontaktfreudige Singles in deiner Nähe".
In den AGB, Beschreibung des Dienstes, Punkt 4 ist jedoch zu erkennen, dass die sogenannte Controller einsetzen, die sich hinter Fake-Profilen verstecken.
Auszug aus den AGB:
"Das Unternehmen weist darauf hin, dass im Chat durch das Unternehmen beschäftigte Controller/Controllerinnen eingesetzt werden und tätig sind, die unter mehreren Identitäten (m/w) am Chat teilnehmen und insbesondere Dialoge mit anderen Teilnehmern führen. Diese sind nicht ausdrücklich als Controller/Controllerin gekennzeichnet oder wahrnehmbar, sondern über Controller-Scheinaccounts/ -profile im Chat tätig. Es ist also möglich, dass ein extern angemeldeter Teilnehmer Dialoge mit einem für das Unternehmen tätigen Controller bzw. einer für das Unternehmen tätigen Controllerin führt, ohne dass dieser/diese sich als solcher/solche zu erkennen gibt. Der Einsatz von für das Unternehmen tätigen Controllern bzw. Controllerinnen dient insbesondere dazu, eine Austauschmöglichkeit auch bei einem ggf. temporären Mangel an sonstigen (externen) Teilnehmern zu gewährleisten und die Einhaltung der Teilnehmerpflichten im Chat zu überwachen.
Es wird schließlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die den einzelnen Profilen zugeordneten Personenabbildungen nicht zwingend mit einer tatsächlich hinter dem Profil stehenden natürlichen Person übereinstimmen. Dies gilt insbesondere für die genannten „Scheinaccounts“ und Accounts von Controllern/Controllerinnen, aber auch für real existierende Teilnehmeraccounts, da das Unternehmen bei letzteren nicht die Möglichkeit hat die Übereinstimmung eines etwa verwendeten Profilbilds mit der natürlichen Person zu verifizieren (vgl. § 3 Ziffer 6 dieser Bedingungen)."
Wenn man groß mit dem Kontakt zu Singles aus der Nähe wirbt, aber in Wirklichkeit moderierte Fake-Profile betreibt, dann sehe ich das ganz klar als Betrug.
Den Leuten wird durch Täuschung das Geld aus der Tasche gezogen. Wer darauf reingefallen ist, unbedingt Strafanzeige erstatten.
