Honestly shocked to see any bad reviews, particularly saying hard to apply! Couldn't be easier or quicker! I absolutely love these, I never leave reviews but really had to for these, very easy to apply (go easy on the bond) took me maximum 10 mins LOVE THEM 😍

Ordered from this company at the start of September, still have not received items or refund. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

In my whole life I have never been able to apply lashes at home, got the starter pack and WOW it’s a game changer. Easy to apply and so light weight. Was going to wait to see how long they last before leaving a review but they look and feel so good I had to share. 100% recommend

I seriously do not know how this lash company gets so many good reviews. I have had a terrible experience using their lashes! I placed an order on Saturday granted it arrived quickly but I wish I had never purchased them. Such a waste of money! A nightmare to put on, they make it look so effortless on instagram but I guess those girls get paid to do those videos! They only lasted 2 days & the glue is still in my natural lashes even after using the remover which came in the starter kit. I feel so disappointed.

I am so impressed! They have lasted for a few days now.

I ordered on Friday and received the lashes by Monday.

The leaflet I received had my name written on it by hand, so adorable and personal. Little things that matter 💕

Honestly the best lashes ever. Loved getting my lashes done at the salon but the cost and upkeep was too much, so I thought I'd try the Amor lashes starter kit. In all honesty I am obsessed with them. I've reused the same set 4 times and have ordered some different ones for more dramatic effect. I've been on holiday and been in the pool everyday and they just lasted perfectly. I've recommended to all my friends.

Iv just received my starter kit and was amazed! I never expected them to actually work, but it took me 1 minute to apply them to both eyes.
I normally get into a mess with strip lashes and having them done at the salon was getting very expensive.
I will definitely be using these now.

Super fast delivery, and the packaging is just the cutest. As a person who wears strip lashes daily I can honestly say these are the best lashes iv ever bought! They’re so easy to apply the instructions are on the box and so easy to follow.. the lashes I bought were the starter kit in 14. The lashes them selfs are so pretty and perfect for my eye shape and size. They really are a fantastic product. I’ve had them on 3 days now which is fine for me because I don’t mind changing them and giving my eyes a good clean and reapplying them. They did start to clump slightly but I think that may have been my mistake on the 1st application, maybe too much product. However the 2nd application is much better. I have had lots of compliments and highly recommended. Will definitely be buying again.

Do not buy from their customer service is awful tried to blame me saying I didn't do up all they had to say is sorry could have been a bad batch but no must be me not knowing how to use and never replaced I spent £70 not cheap now cant use as no glue horrid company will not spend another penny with them

Amazing company and product. I struggle with applying strip lashes and not the best with mascara so wasn’t 100% convinced when I bought them but wow amazing!
I get so many compliments when I wear them!
There was one slight issue on one of my deliveries and they responded so quickly and sent out a replacement straight away free of charge. They’re so helpful!

I’ve bought lashes with amor for a while now,every set I’ve bought have been fine. Last week I received some more,the same I always buy,accept these compared to my other ones were extremely curly,being an eyelash technician I would say they were a Cc curl,they touch the top of my eyes. I emailed and they said they were hand ties,fair enough,but the clumps falling out if the clusters are unreal,to the point they are now so bare I can’t wear them. Really really disappointing,wasn’t offered any solution what so ever,now I’m afraid to order again incase I get the same issue.

I had a problem with my order, I paid for fast shipping but unfortunately missed it arriving to my house - fair enough so I tried to schedule a redelivery however when I input my postcode (which I have checked I placed correctly both when I ordered on the amor site and also when I am trying to redelivery via royal mail) an error message appeared and it did not let me reschedule.

I contacted the amor team in hopes for a quick resolution, I asked if they could schedule a redelivery and gave a date in time that I was at home but they did not agree to this. Below they said they have agreed but this is not true the rescheduled to a date that I was not available without my consent therefore not at all resolving the issue at hand. I explained as well as sent photographic proof of the issue to hand. Because they did not reschedule me in for when I am actually available and I cannot gain access reschedule I asked for a refund....

The team was extremely unhelpful to say the least. Their whole tactic is to blame the customer and try and one up you. Absolutely disgusting.

They sent me a image of the shipping label and said if there is a problem it is due to me putting in the wrong postcode... the postcode was right I know my postcode well and it is exactly the same 5 digits I am attempting on the RM site.... so the problem is not with me.

They then blamed me for not being home at the exact hour the mail came in.... ridiculous. a. They did not specify it was a delivery where a signature was needed so they should really do so if this is something required. b. I cannot sit all day at home in the hope my lashes would arrive if I have other responsibilities like work, family, errands (I do not think there is a need for me to have to explain this to to them but apparently you do...)

It is such an easy thing to have been fixed but instead they choose to spend their time, effort, manpower in writing emails explaining why I the customer is in the wrong.... I am now without my order and without a refund.

Apparently I have to wait to see if I can maybe be refunded after a royal mail investigation.

I have been told that the refund they so explain above will only be for the product and not for the speedy delivery fee which was quite a bit of money…. Even though this issue is through no fault of my own .

Why am I as a customer put between a rock and a hard place over an error on the shipping end that could have been rectified quite easily - by either rescheduling the delivery for me if they are able on their end, resending the item again or just refunding me and letting me go on my merry way.

Why am I the only one coming up with solutions?

These are not people you can trust to do business with unfortunately.

Do note order save yourself the headache.

I don’t think I’ll ever need to book a lash appointment again! I am completely converted to DIY lashes by Amor. The first time is a bit tricky to get right but now my lashes take me minutes and they look fantastic and last up to a week. Love love love!!! Can’t wait to try more styles.

I stopped getting my lashes done in my 1st pregnancy due to lockdown/not being able to lay on my back for too long. I used get infills every 2 weeks, since find out about amorlashes I’ve not even thought about going back to normal lashes! I LOVE these they say they last 5 days but I’ve had mine on for 10+ before you can clean and reuse after each wear I love them! I couldn’t go back to spending all that money on lash extensions. I’m going away tomorrow and I wanted a fresh set to go with obviously left to last minute but their super speedy delivery is amazing and they’re due to be delivered today ( I ordered yesterday about 11am).

Wow! I just adore Amor Lashes. I’ve been using them for over a year now and couldn’t imagine life without them.

I even wore Amor Lashes on my wedding day and honeymoon. Definitely recommend Spotlight and Double Trouble!

Mine last at least a week, and that’s with me wearing eyeliner every day and rubbing my eyes! I can get them to last much longer too. They are so easy to apply and are low maintenance. I also really like that they take less than 5 minutes to apply (unlike the hours wasted getting extensions/infills!) so application doesn’t interfere with my busy routine.

Anyone having issues are not applying them correctly, but fortunately, the team are always more than happy to help with so many tutorial videos online. I’ve joined a few live streams from the team and they are so lovely and helpful.

I’ve recommended Amor Lashes to so many friends and family who are now hooked!

I discovered amor a few weeks ago. I have always wanted lash extensions but never did as I don't want to ruin my natural lashes. I am absolutely Inlove with them. They are perfect for weekends away or when I'm in a rush for work and want a simple makeup look. This brand has truly changed my beauty game! My lashes have never looked so good. Even got my 70 year old Nan wearing them and it brang her so much confidence back! Would definitely recommend🩷

Love these lashes and company. I used to get my lashes done regularly but since having my daughter I don’t have the time or money to keep on top of them so these are a game changer. Easy to apply and last me about 5/6 days. Only problem is I now have a new obsession and keep ordering new lashes to try!

These are the best lashes I have ever used. I am horrific at using strip lashes and I was fed up paying a fortune for semi permanent extensions and infills so decided to give them a try. 3 months down the line and I’ve never looked back! They are so easy to apply and it’s a real benefit that you can clean and reuse them. 10/10 for service as well. My order was delivered promptly and in such beautiful packaging. Omg Best lashes ever ! Been using them for ages now so quick and easy to apply and last me 7-10 days with absolutely no damage to my natural lashes I always use the oil remover to take them off , please don’t listen to the bad reviews they clearly haven’t applied them correctly! Or read the step by step guide! I wouldn’t be without them now the amor team are so helpful and are always there if you have any questions answering I’m a forever customer xx
