They’re very knowledgeable and when you get a hold of the person that takes the orders, they can tell you if they have it in stock right away. customer service was fantastic just a great company to buy from.

I think your company is taking advantage of people. You are gouging the public. Your price was $199.99 and 5 minutes later it was $249.95. Very poor business practices. I will let everyone know.

My order got "lost" and I called to try and confirm the status. The people at AMS were so responsive to my problem and kept me informed of their actions on a regular basis. The fact that I continually heard back from them until the product showed up at my house kept me from panicking about the order. Very appreciative of the customer service I received

We purchased two fire feature torches. They were packed beautifully and arrived within a week of the order. It was so great to have a supplier locally with a product we wanted in stock.

The appliance was delivered quickly, on time, and packed well so as not to be damaged. Works good. Would like it to have a higher flame though. Overall, I recommend this highly as a stand alone firepit.

When customer service, knowledgable staff and response time is important, choose AMS. I live in Washington State and have been trying to find a mantel for weeks. After exhausting ALL local options, I stumbled across AMS. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely quick to respond. Both Isaac and Brandon answered all my questions, came up with a timely shipping option, and took the time to contact the manufacturer for me. I have spoken to many many distributers in the past few weeks, none were as helpful or as quick to respond. Great buying experience!

We had a backordered component that would have held up the completion of our project. We had already waited 8 weeks for the component and were being told that it would be at least another 6 weeks. You had it in stock and it was delivered within a week.

After much research on fire pits. I found this one on Amazon. Saw the name and went directly to the website. It was 100.00 cheaper. These fire pits are hard to find. I’ve wanted one for many years. I ordered it on the website and it literally was delivered to my home in less than one week. That’s amazing to considering how long it can take when ordering a large item online and waiting and waiting for it to show up. I opened the box. It was perfect. Not a thing wrong. Heavy for sure which is what I wanted. I didn’t use the lava rock that came with it. I used a diamond glass 1/2 inch glass and it’s perfect.
I highly recommend this firepit. Customer service called me to verify I wanted a natural gas vs LP. A young man named Bryan was very pleasant and promised my item would be on its way in 24/48 hours.
