I cannot speak highly enough of Luke, Claire and Shanita I thought a mortgage was absolutely out of the question and I have now received my offer. At no point have I felt judged or patronised for past financial mistakes. I cannot recommend this company more highly

Thanks Luke and Claire
Our case was complex but Luke and Claire worked hard to ensure we maneuvered through all the obstacles successfully. As FTBs, we were anxious and had lots of questions, but they did not mind us emailing and calling constantly, they responded professionally always. Mortgage approved yesterday.

Luke was our first point of call at AMS mortgages. Luke was professional answered all of our questions and was responsive to emails and phone. Myself and my husband were dreading the process of remortgaging even more so as we had bad credit history. The team at AMS did everything, we had to complete paperwork however very straightforward we didn't experience any stress they do it all!! Today we have been approved and the stress and worry it's taken off us is tremendous. Clare was the one who sealed the deal. I was informed that Clare had very good work relationship with external partners. Thank you AMS highly recommend...

The whole experience has been amazing.

Overall I have had a good experience…
Overall I have had a good experience with AMS mortgages. They are helpful and responsive. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is that I had to repeat a lot of information I provided initially at other stages in the process. Information I provide should be accessible to all staff in the chain so that I dont need to keep repeating myself.

Luke, Alex, Claire and Shanita thank you very much for my mortgage offer which i recieved today after being left with no hope by the previous broker, I can't thank you guys enough.
I was running out of time as we were going to miss out on our dream home but after my initial call to Luke where he got things moving quickly and then to Claire for being in constant touch with me and the lender we have finally got a mortgage offer.

Disappointed with the service
Disappointed with the service. Poor communication: was quick to take money for an AIP took 12 weeks and still application was rejected, wasted our time and shattered our hopes, luckily found another broker who arranged the mortgage with no stress in just 5 days! Would not recommend

For the record my team were as disappointed as you on the outcome of this decline . As you know we only take cases on that we feel that we can get across the line and 99% of our cases move to offer in record time .
However in this instance due to the complexity of the case ( which I wont go into on this forum but will gladly discuss privately ) and despite several challenges with underwriter's your application was declined .........not the outcome we were looking for .
On a positive note , so glad to read you have managed to sort your issue out in the end
