Having recently had a baby a sports massage with hot stones was amazing , releasing tension I never knew I had and relaxing my muscles.
She is very professional , personal and friendly.

I told Ana I was looking for something very relaxing to help with stress release and she tailored the treatment accordingly- it was amazing- hot stones massage followed by a head massage. Honestly the most relaxing massage I’ve had and I left feeling so calm and rejuvenated. Was also a very tranquil and comfortable setting. Recommend!

I would often leave massage therapists feeling a bit disappointed as areas were missed or the pressure wasn't firm enough - I've had 3 massages from Ana and each time I leave I feel lighter, limber and at peace - her combination of hot stone and deep tissue means you get the best of both worlds - a relaxing massage that gets into tight, sore muscles. As someone with a desk job, who lifts weights and has a tendency to worry, Ana is a hero!

I’m a 64yo competitive cyclist, was looking for a sports massage therapist that actually does sports massages and not just massages, came across Ana on Instagram, did some research and decided to book an appointment. Ana was thorough in asking what i was needing and i also communicated what i was after. Regular massages to keep my body in good condition for cycling events but also for just everyday. Can’t recommend Ana enough, proper sports massage with results. Have had 2 sessions now and have booked again, will be a regular session every 3 to 4 weeks with Ana.

Ana does an amazing job in identifying the problems and treating each area carefully to help release the tension. She also expertly uses scraping in addition to manual massage, to help release adhesions post surgery. Highly recommend. I found her to be very knowledgeable and genuinely seems to care about the treatment she provides. I love going to Ana for all my massages, I haven't found anyone better in the area. Ana knows exactly what she is doing. I always come away feeling relaxed and my body feels easier to move. I highly recommend as I definitley wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a sports massage with Ana and she worked on the tightness in my back where I have been dealing with a ‘niggle’ from weightlifting. She also helped on the tightness in my hamstrings and calf’s and I can honestly say leaving there I felt completely relaxed and ‘knot’ free.
