When I talk to the customer reps, I feel like I've interrupted them from something else. I get the feeling that I'm a bother to them. I don't like calling but sometimes to get information I do call.

AMTA has wonderful CEU’s that we can take at our own pace. The in person hands on CE’s are awesome. The educators that come in are very respectful and knowledgeable. Anytime I have called to speak with a representative they have been very helpful in solving my concerns. Highly recommend AMTA

I called to add my business under my insurance policy. AMTA added and emailed me a new insurance certificate right away. Thank you for all your help. Even when I just call with a small question. Thank you for being a company I can rely on and get quick answers.

I've appreciated the opportunity to take online courses offered by AMTA, be assured of insurance coverage with membership, having a place to account for all the Continuing Ed courses taken with the option to indicate beginning and ending dates, and discounts to Massage Warehouse.

I continue to ask why the AMTA and other organizations representing Massage Therapists nationwide have not been able to offer a multi-state license to therapists, as nurses have been offered. If we are considered members of a healthcare network, I would hope in the near future this would be an option. (It's redundant and costly for therapists to work in more than one state/seasonally or otherwise.)

AMTA has been a guiding light in my massage career. AMTA is always there when I need them whether it's courses, massage information or insurance. I appreciate their great service and devotion to the massage profession. Thank you very much.

I am very happy with AMTA.
I have taken advantage of the website and CE with AMTA and have not had any issues. I hope to never need to make an insurance claim, but I have not doubt that AMTA will take good care of my business, if I needed to make a claim.

Blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of, and to serve on the executive board of the NY CHAPTER. Meeting like minded professionals at conferences is always an inspiration and motivation to do and be the better version of self, taking from the experience, and using the knowledge gained to serve to the highest power, for the greater good of all. To be honest, I expect the AMTA to be lenient on LMT during Covid, yet we were still made to pay fees to the organization when most of us lost our jobs/income. I did not qualify for any additional help, nor could I collect unemployment. While I like CEU's offered (some free), I really think AMTA should have done more to help LMT's financially during Covid.

I am always able to get ahold of someone with questions that I have had in the past. I was really impressed with the email and video of what they covered when the pandemic hit. I feel confident with my practice knowing I am supported and covered with AMTA. I have also utilized many of their discounts offered through massage book and ordering supplies. I have enjoyed the pathway they have set up for success and guidance in my practice.

I tried to renew my insurance with atma but the woman informed me on the phone that she couldn't help me and i needed to contact my company, she didn't offer to help me out or point me in the right direction i was not aware that i needed to contact my company, so i just signed up with abmp.
