I recently bought a Mamiya camera from Analogmarketplace and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The site made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for, with clear photos and honest descriptions that gave me confidence before I even checked out. I buy a canon prima ace shot in the site, that I confirmed like 100 times.
The time and packing of the camera was great; but I received a canon prima 4.
I contacted the shop online, and they responded very quickly, I present several solutions.
Unfortunately they don’t had se camera but they refund me in cash for my bank acount (I’m a Portuguese costumer).

I recommend this site, but hope that mistake in the stock/post in the site was not the normal way of caring the costumer.

I received the camera in working order. But there were some inconveniences, and I complained. The store immediately refunded my money and gave me the camera as a gift. I asked several times not to return the money, as I had received the camera and it was in good condition. But they refunded the money anyway. I've never seen such amazing customer service in my life.

I made an order of couple of photo films and batteries in early December 2022, a few weeks later it was delivered without any notice and stayed under rain and snow for 2-3 days until I found it. I immediately took photos while the package and everything in it was still wet and contacted the seller. They gave a return address, and I paid additional 9.50 euros to ship the package back. DHL couldn’t deliver it because the address was incorrect, and package returned back to me and delivered to one of my neighbour, again, without me knowing. Took a while to get a hold onto this package I neither want nor use, and contacted the seller again for options. I’m being ghosted right now and paid for nothing.

I don’t want to think their intentions are bad, but when you have a problem, you’re on your own. Be careful and stay away if you don’t have energy to fight with this kind of non-sense.
