I cannot believe this company. Shipping out the base models and making the different colours that were available at the same time that people who pre-ordered got theirs? You couldn't have included those in the pre order if you knew it was happening? Terrible experience, just absolutely hates early adopters.
My first product from them, won't be getting another

Responded quickly to return request and during communication back and forth showing shipping damage (always within a day). They sent return postage and asked that I message them once sent for immediate replacement to be sent. It has been over a week since I returned the damaged console, I have messaged them multiple times, and suddenly there's radio silence. Horrible company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Abysmal Customer Experience
Their products are always delayed and their communication with customers is abysmal. I would recommend seeking out alternative companies in the FPGA space. For every product analogue offers there is a competing one, always with better support and transparency.
Analogue is the Best
I'm a pocket owner! I love my pocket! And I also pre-ordered 3D! I know it sux too to have your order delayed but I can understand the issue. I'm appreciating the fact they don't Wana rush out at 99% . I'm happy to wait a little longer. I already waited nearly 1 tenth of a decade for 3D. I don't mind waiting another quarter.
Analogue is a great company that makes excellent Quality Consoles! Especially the Pocket! I discovered Analogue when I was casually browsing the web related to Retro Gaming in 2023. I never even knew a company called Analogue exist and they make GBA cartridge reading consoles. My first purchase was Pocket in 2023. Since then I became a fan of Analogue. I'm not from the US.. I'm from Singapore. I pay taxes too to import Analogue here. Shipping wise it's awesome! Fast shipping by UPS and it's insured by route.I can Assure you, based on my experience, Analogue has never disappointed me in any way! My duo, Pocket(s) all work Fine! The only thing I find abit an issue is the customer service.. they will respond but slow

Feels like a Scam – Stay Away from Analogue
I pre-ordered the Analogue 3D with the 8BitDo 64 controller over a year ago. The controller finally arrived, but right after the return window expired, Analogue suddenly delayed the console to “Q4 2025.” This feels intentional – customers are left with useless hardware we only bought for the console.
The lack of transparency and respect for customers is shocking. Analogue may make great products, but their business practices are disgraceful. I strongly warn against pre-ordering anything from them.

Analogue continues to show how poorly run it is as a company. Absolutely 0 transparency on product delivery delays. It feel like borderline fraud with how they collect and hold pre-order money like its an interest free loan. I wont be supporting them further and I suggest anyone else that thinks about purchasing their product, look for cheaper better alternatives first, and secondhand products second.
How Are You Still in Business?
I loathe Analogue after the overall experience I’ve had. Too late now, but I should have heeded all the negative comments and reviews from other customers online. I pre-ordered the 3D in October 2024 and it’s been delay after delay with little communication until absolutely necessary. Very unprofessional as a business to leave your paying customers in the dark. Now today I just got another delay email pushing to the end of the year. Are you kidding me? Over a year wait for a product from a loathsome company that wipes their hind quarters with their clients money and trust. Scout Ebay for a used N64, you’re better off.

Pre-ordered a product in 2024 which was advertised as being released in 2024. Then it was delayed to Q1. Near the end of Q1 it was once again delayed to Q2. Near the end of Q2 it was once again delayed to Q3. Now it's near the end of Q3 and they just now announced it's being delayed to Q4. I've never had an experience with a company like this before, I'd be ok with the delays but the problem is they keep waiting till the last minute to announce a delay. And it's now happened 3 times in a row, it's hard to have faith in this company.

Disappointing Experience Refused Refund for Undelivered Product
I placed an order on Analogue.co and realized soon after that I needed to cancel. I emailed them just 14 minutes after ordering well before it was shipped but they refused to cancel.
Later, the package was blocked by customs because it required special import permissions something Analogue never told me about or provided. UPS confirmed the item couldn’t be delivered.
Even after I explained everything clearly, they still refused to refund me, pointing to policies that weren’t even visible during checkout.At this point, I’ve had to report the issue to Stripe and file a charge-back with my bank. Honestly, I expected much better from this brand .

Pre ordered the analogue 3d for my son…
Pre ordered the analogue 3d for my son on initial pre order date back in October for 2024 release, then got delayed till q1 2025 then got delayed till July, contacted them expressing how it was intended for his birthday he's upset we are confused as to where and when it will arrive. The response I got from my message was 'It will be shipped in july' no consideration or any apologetic message of understanding as a normal human being would have slight empathy for a customer excited but just wanting to know a date, no I just get given a month of which starts in just over 1 week with no specific date. Requested a refund showed my son the response he's just turned 11 and said himself they don't seem like nice people to spend your money on. If an 11 year old can spot a company that doesn't understand how to run a business then I think it's safe to say anybody debating this, Boycott and go elsewhere.
Terrible business practices
I don't know where to start with this company. Their website is trash and it's random whether or not they accept your credit card. Your card can get declined even if it's in working order. They charge outrageous prices for shipping.
After your order is placed, that's it. If there's a problem with it, they don't want to hear about it. Since their lousy website declined my credit card I paid with a different card and thought I could just have them change the payment method in customer service. Nope. They can't do anything to help you if there's something wrong with your order. In another instance, I tried to have them add an item to my order to save on shipping, but they refused to do that too.
The only good thing I can say is that I generally like their unique products, it's just a shame I have to buy them from such a shady outfit. Maybe someday they'll fix the problems with their website and their customer service policies. Being such a small company, it's shocking that they're able to operate like this.
Warning to potential analogue customers
Product is genuinely nice when it works. God forbid something goes wrong though and you are out of the original warranty. Expect to pay 50%+ of the machine for repairs with no guarantee on them.
Also there is some community evidence suggesting that docking the analogue pocket for any extended periods of time kills the screen and and if you are out of warranty you are screwed.
Great products but terrible shipping to Europe
The Analogue Pocket and Dock have been terrific, but the company does not take any effort to avoid unnecessary import fees. On top of the advertised price you'll have to pay high shipping costs, plus import fees plus VAT after shipment. Even tiny companies are able to register with the EU import registry and charge VAT up front, avoiding the unnecessary import and handling fees.
Repairs are handled within the limited 1 year window, but on reentry import fees are charged AGAIN due to incorrect paper work on Analogue's side.
Terrible company
bad customer service, terrible purchase process.
avoid them at any rate. especially if you are planning to purchase outside of the USA.
Only other way is to buy from a scalper, which is also bad. so just do yourself a favour and buy a modretro chromatic or just play on an emulator.
I had a problem with my first aluminum…
I had a problem with my first aluminum pocket. The customer service was very fast and kind. I sent my pocket from Germany to the US and got a new one without any problems! Analogue has a great customer service!
