The material was not good. Also when I requested for return they said I can not return or exchange. Not so good experience.

Great communication fast delivery
I received the order promptly after placing.
Great communication when problem a there was a problem.
I’m not overly pleased with the abaya.
There are a few flaws with the workmanship but I the customer service is great.

We genuinely value our customers and strive to offer the best possible service. Furthermore, we incurred an additional £1.90 for postage, as the actual cost amounted to £11.90. However, we did not request any further payment from you, and you have only paid a total of £10 for the order.

This has been resolved the delivery was late but they kindly suggested a refund to compensate the error. I appreciate their acknowledgement of their delay and their effort to resolve it. The items itself were lovely

Excellent packaging but a little tight fitting
Very good customer service and item was wonderfully wrapped. I’m a size 14 and the abaya was a little tight so not very modest. It’s unfortunate as I would have been a returning customer.
