Ordered days ago and still have had no update to where my order is it has not been even been dispatched and it’s been days and I paid £5 for delivery

Very disappointing
I am so disappointed with these treats. I thought they would be ideal for my puppy with them being soft , small and tasty, however the salmon ones once opened became dry and claggy. These are then difficult and time consuming to chew which is not what you want when training. I would add that these were bought 5 days ago and this problem occurred within one day of opening so not due to being left to go stale.

Our training treats are made using natural ingredients and do not contain artificial softeners or preservatives, which can sometimes result in texture changes once a pack has been opened and exposed to air. That said, they should still remain suitable for use as a training reward, and we're disappointed to hear this was not your experience.

Duggy loves them
Our Cocker loves these. Ordered just before Xmas and arrived on time. Also good to see they are from Cupar in Fife from a Methil man in Chester.

My spoilt pooch loves when a package from Anco comes to the door. Delivery is always quick and on time with DPD. Yes you can get treats for less but are they all natural ingredients? Product from Anco is worth every penny and my doggy's full body wagg backs the statement up. Ordered from here many times and shall order several more

Coco absolutely loves the Beef & Camel Braided Rolls, most of the flavours nibbles, the Traininer training treats, and the Hairy Cow Ears — all made with natural, high-quality ingredients and transparent labeling. It’s clear these treats are crafted with care, without fillers or artificial additives. Unlike many pet food stores where quality can be hit or miss, Anco is consistently reliable. Shipping is always quick and reliable, which is a big plus. We’ve already purchased multiple times and will definitely be buying from them again. What a rip off

What a rip off. Trading as ancodogtreats. The owner section of this company rather than trader side.
I bought the hemp oil and a small pack of chews.
The cost of goods? £28
The weight? 600g.
The postage £14.00!!
They don't show the postage until you have already clicked checkout. Otherwise I would have cancelled.
I always try to go direct to small companies and buy from them. Giving them more profit. Never again with this lot. I will avoid like the plague. There are plenty of other suppliers of pizzles and of hemp oil, who don't rip off customers on postage.

TEN MONTHS to reply and then just excuses. I have no reason to lie about the fact the charges did not show until I had clicked checkout.
Also no matter the excuse £14.00 for a 600g package remains outrageous. Royal Mail charge about £3.45 from anywhere in the country to anywhere in the country
Also just checked It takes you through 4 steps of checkout before shipping is finally 'calculated' And still ripping people off.
Tried with a 100g bag of treats. Cost £2.30. Postage £14.00.
DO THE DECENT THING SEND BY ROYAL MAIL AND STOP RIPPING OFF ON POSTAGE

Would not buy anywhere else.
Having discovered Anco treats in stores and loved the fact that they are natural and clearly labeled with their ingredients, it was great to find them online. We have used them online for years now, and we cannot fault anything. From the offers and variety of products, their quality, and the delivery. With two large dogs, we particularly value the eco bags, and the offcuts to provide a high volume of treats. We order every month. The hairy rabbit ears are the boys' favourites, so we get some each month and rotate the other choices in and out. The boys know the box when it arrives and they cannot wait for us to open it. Delivery is fast and they often dispatch the same day as ordering.

Excellent service credit where it’s due always well packed and tracked quick DPD delivery.
The selection of products is excellent and the quality is of a very high standard and my big Dogs love the selection of natural chews also the price for bulk buying is good.
I have been a customer for a while now and can fully recommend this company and if you need to contact them they reply straight back so the 5***** is well deserved.

Lovely products and great customer service
Bought some broth and pates for my dog as he has a sensitive tummy at present. Very good products and my boy is enjoying them. There was a slight delay in receiving the products but that was due to the courier entering the wrong address on their system. Anco customer services were extremely helpful and promptly resolved the issue with the courier. Will definitely order again

Best brand for natural dog chews and treats
What can I say, we love Anco in our house. I have two small dogs and they would eat their way through the entire catalogue of Anco goodies if they could. Regulars in our house include the pate, moon bones (a new favourite), roots, offcuts, the ocean range…well, the lot really. We feed only natural products so this company is perfect for us. Quality is always spot on. Delivery is prompt and well packed. Never had a bad experience
