So far it's been a good experience, they have been communicating with me from the time I applied for the house to now, called me today to find out if I could make it to the viewing, though I wasn't around but my husband was able to make it, hopefully it's going to be a great relationship from here onwards.

It was a very smooth experience. Rebekah Wright at the Dowend branch made the experience quite nice. She was kind and took her time in explaining things to me. Amazing. We first met Andrew in the North Cheam branch when we started registering our interest in buying a house. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo.
Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests. She was very proactive and handled our case expertly, updating us along the way and translating all the jargon used between solicitors for us, making our lives easier.
I can't recommend them enough. If anyone asks me for an estate agent/agency, you'll be my first recommendation.
