I received 3 missed calls from the…

I received 3 missed calls from the company on 3 April 2026 and replied the same day at 5:38pm, asking for a return call because I could not get through when I called back.

The WhatsApp team only responded on 13 April 2026 at 10:45am asking for my order number, nearly 10 days later. That kind of delay is already unreasonable.

What makes it worse is that your team had already managed to reach me by phone on Friday, 10 April 2026 at 11:08am. In other words, the WhatsApp reply came 3 days after the issue had already moved forward by phone. That shows very poor coordination between channels.

Nearly 10 days to reply on WhatsApp for something this basic is not acceptable. The customer service handling felt slow, disconnected & poorly managed. Better coordination between phone support and WhatsApp support would make a big difference.

They will charge you for a product they don't have yet

My experience with andSons has been a repeated pattern of taking payment first, then later saying the item is unavailable, delayed, or subject to a refund process that becomes difficult or slow.

The two latest cases finally pushed me to write this review.

First case: I placed an order on 11 January 2026. When the shipment arrived, one item was missing, but there was a physical note saying it would arrive later. So I waited based on that written representation. Only much later was I told there was actually a stock issue, and by then I was being told the platform refund window had already closed. On 4 March 2026, I had to chase them again and point out that they had already accepted payment despite not having stock. On 12 March 2026, I was still being told the refund would need more internal investigation and coordination.

Second case: I was charged again on 10 March 2026 for another subscription order. After I followed up, I was told on 12 March 2026 that the item was out of stock and only expected later. In other words, payment was taken first, stock problem disclosed later.

This is not an isolated issue. In my past chats with them, I have had orders delayed for months, including one where I followed up on 19 February 2025 for an order placed on 26 November 2024 that still had not arrived about two months later. I have also had another paid order from 31 October 2025 that I chased in December 2025, only to be told the item was out of stock or pending internal issues. There is a clear pattern here.

My issue is not just delay. Delays can happen. My issue is the business practice itself: accepting payment, failing to clearly disclose stock problems upfront, then only informing the customer later after the money has already been taken. From a consumer perspective, that raises serious concerns about transparency, stock control, and fair dealing.

If you are considering buying from andSons, especially through subscriptions or time-sensitive orders, ask yourself this first: Are they charging you for stock they actually have, or are you funding an uncertain wait while they sort it out later?

I am still waiting for clear refund dates. Until this is properly resolved, I cannot recommend this company.

Horrible service & questionable product quality

Terrible service from &Son. The delivery was late, and had to personally track down the item from the hub to the van. Couldn’t collect the product because it was already loaded onto the van, and it only arrived 2 days later. This means the products were kept in the delivery van for days, exposed to high temperatures. The seller failed to follow through with timely delivery, showing a clear lack of responsibility toward customers.

Company not to be trusted

Company has refused to either deliver product or actually give a refund. Think they recently may have been sold off. Since that point they have started to act in a very predatory manner.

A Completely Frustrating Experience with AndSons

I’ve genuinely tried to be patient with AndSons, but after six months of delays, missing orders, and slow responses, I’ve completely lost confidence in their service.

I placed an order in July (Order #778158861) and another in October (Order #852171336). For both orders, I even had to chase them multiple times just to get the doctor consultation arranged. After finally completing the consultations, the shipments were marked as “Ready to be shipped” — yet neither order ever arrived.

From July to December, there has been zero proper follow-up, and every update feels like a repeat with no actual action taken. Having to constantly chase a company for something this basic is honestly unacceptable, especially for health-related treatment.

I’ve now requested a full refund for both orders and asked to cancel my subscription.

After half a year of issues, I can confidently say I cannot recommend AndSons to anyone.

Avoid this company unless you want to donate money to them for nothing

Took my money but failed to send the product. I made repeated attempts to reach them through chat and email but received no response. I have now lost my money and cannot get either refund or the product delivered. Save your money, only order from this company if you want to throw it away as it is unlikely you will ever see that money again or receive the order you paid for.

I will be reporting this company to my bank as a scammer

This trimmer is a game-changer

This trimmer is a game-changer. No nicks or irritation, even in sensitive areas. It’s waterproof, so I use it in the shower, and the battery life is fantastic — only charged it once in 3 weeks. Definitely worth the investment for grooming.

I started taking ashwagandha to deal with stress, and it’s helped more than I expected. I feel calmer during the day and my sleep has improved noticeably. Only giving 4 stars because the capsules have a strong herbal smell, but the benefits outweigh that.

Unauthorised Recurring Charges & Refusal to Refund

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with AndSons due to their practice of automatically deducting payments from my credit card without prior notification, and their subsequent refusal to issue a refund.
As a customer, I expect clear communication and consent regarding any recurring charges. AndSons failed to provide adequate notice before initiating these automatic deductions, which I consider to be an unethical business practice. Discovering unapproved charges on my statement was both frustrating and concerning.
To make matters worse, when I contacted AndSons to address this issue and request a refund for the unauthorised charges, my request was denied. This lack of customer support and unwillingness to rectify their error is unacceptable. Businesses should be transparent about their billing policies and responsive to legitimate customer concerns, neither of which I experienced with AndSons.
This experience has significantly eroded my trust in AndSons, and I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and carefully review their terms and conditions, especially regarding payment and subscription models.

Terribly unethical and irresponsible…

Terribly unethical and irresponsible company sending people prescription meds known to have serious side effects like erectile dysfunction, depression, and suicide risk. Hormone blocker for hair loss finasteride should not be accessed without a thorough health consultation. There are many articles about its potential serious side effects, google it and stay aware. And chuck this company. Go see a real professional!

Inefficient internal support Org

andsons charged your credit in advance but consistently fails to deliver on time. Deliveries are delayed, and the worst part is that the product itself is defective and unusable—the pump doesn’t work at all. Their internal organization is inefficient, with slow processes and approvals, showing a clear lack of priority for customer satisfaction.

Operating without maintaining inventory.

Be cautious of this online scam company. They do not maintain any stock. When you place an order, they start looking for the product only afterward and fail to provide any estimated delivery time (ETA). It essentially operates like a free inventory business. Do not expect to receive what you paid for.

Great branding & deceptive marketing.

Great branding, (although after 6 months there are still no signs the product works) they will steal from your credit card through deceptive marketing. They are all about profit and do not care about their customers at all.
