The destination store is set in a historical, labyrinthine building in the heart of the market town of Saffron Walden with its own stunning Food Hall, showcasing artisan produce from all over the globe. I ordered a fairy godmother that was out of stock. I was contacted very quickly with an appropriate alternative. The item for my tree arrived quickly. It is of good quality and beautifully made. I am delighted with it.

Lovely lamp, communication lacking on this occasion
My lamp, once it arrived, was lovely. No complaints on that front. Hence the 3 stars. But I had no communication as to why it hadn’t been dispatched in the timeframe promised and considering it was in stock. I phoned to find out what had happened around 10-14 days after ordering and was told someone would get back to me, they didn’t. I then emailed instead and got a response, with the lamp arriving a few days later.
I got the impression had I not chased afew times I might still be waiting….

Excellent product.
Delivery company let the service down. The box was torn and badly damaged in multiple places. The picture was exposed and only by chance was the product not damaged. I am delighted with it.

Great Customer Service
The item I wanted wasn't in stock so I was offered a refund or the option to wait a while until the item was available. I chose to wait. What a lovely surprise when I received the email to say that it was on its way.
It arrived safe and sound and now makes me smile when I look at it.
