The destination store is set in a historical, labyrinthine building in the heart of the market town of Saffron Walden with its own stunning Food Hall, showcasing artisan produce from all over the globe. A really special online shop!
The shop's selection is really wonderful. Ordering was easy and everything was delivered quickly and was more lovely in real life than in the photos on the website. I also loved the 'sustainable' note that was on the 2nd hand box it was delivered in. Really great little touch! I will definitely be ordering again.

4 months later, still no product
I have been awaiting for an order now for 4 months, I have recieved 3 emails, one to say the items are out of stock straight after order! One to say it would be at the warehouse 24th Feb and one to say they dont have the stock and will contact the supplier, so if you wish to pay a large amount of money for something and not recieve the goods, this is the place to shop.

A lovely store with some real gems!
A lovely store if somewhat hidden away. Lots of really nice furniture and other bits to empty your wallet. But seriously, the service was great, the communication clear and regular and our chest of drawers were perfect.

Communication breadown
I ordered a lamp ànd it was meant to take 4 or 5 weeks to receive, but when it didn't arrive, instead of company contacting me to inform me of the delay, I had to contact them ( at least on more than one occasion) to ask what was happening.
Communication could have been better .

The item was handmade by our supplier and unfortunately there were delays on their side that were outside our control. That said, we completely understand how frustrating delays can be and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
We always aim to keep customers informed, and we are sorry that you felt you had to chase for updates. Your feedback is helpful and we will take this on board as we continue to improve our communication.
When you decided to return the lamp we were very happy to assist with the return and provide measurements for an alternative option, and we hope this helped make the process easier.
