Speaking from the perspective of a first time buyer I found this service to be excellent. Everything was explained, without feeling like I was being patronised. Martyn was always available and willing to help, answering questions, no matter how small or silly they sounded, in detail. There were a lot of services on offer but he was very respectful when we decided not to use some of them, never trying to force extras on to us. He also went above and beyond to find us the very best deals ensuring that he spoke to us and took us through the mortgage offer he had found.
