In short over charging me and threatening me.

They charged me unjustified extra costs.
Lack of service
When you choose to leave this company they will delay the transfer of your account and then rip you off by charging higher rate. I have now been waiting for three months for them to action the transfer and cost me an additional £400, I have tried to cancel the direct debit at the bank but they continue to be able to take money.
Please be warned DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I joined Angelic Energy in October 2018 and everything was fine,they even had your daily smart meter reading on the web site to check your bills.
In September 2019 I switched to Eon and the transfer completed in October, after repeated requests for my final bill and the return of my £125 credit I eventually received the final on 6th Dec 19 but still waiting for my account credit to be returned and its now the 17th Dec.
Not a bad company! Much better than British gas/Scottish power!
I would like to switch from pay as you go gas/electric to pay monthly or quarterly but don't know if your company would allow me to and whats the rate?
I am switching from horrible Scottish power to Eon now as they have a good offer but if you guys get in touch and offer a better rate I may considering coming back to your company as the experience and cost was acceptable.
Terrible. Could not organise Monthly Billing and messed up when i switched back to my old Supplier, Also take up to 40 mins to Answer phone at Customer Services.

Angelic energy are a relatively new energy company. They weren't featured on trust pilot and so thought I would add them as the service I have had has been good so far.
Angelic Energy is a not-for-profit energy company focused on bringing lower cost gas and electricity to the people of Islington and London. They have clearly changed that as they now sell to people outside of London.
I made the decision to switch to 2 suppliers rather than going duel fuel as I could make greater savings that way.
I switched to Angelic Energy for my gas supply and it was an easy and straightforward process. They were the cheapest fixed gas tariff.
The website is basic but user friendly and the staff at the call centre are polite and friendly.
Make that switch to Angelic Energy 😀
