The hat is a good value for the money. It fits well, looks good and seems to be fairly well made. The delivery took longer than expected. I feel like the folksy emails concerning delivery delays, etc. were misleading or gimmicky instead of saying these hats ship from China. But, I guess they worked, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it (skeptical or lack of trust) if I’d known it was shipping from China in 2+ weeks. Now, I’ll probably order another one at some point.

I had one hat that the strap was shorter than the others and didn't fit well. Customer service had me send a picture and then mailed me another. Problem fixed.

The quality and fit of the hat exceeded expectations. Doesn’t look like a cartoon jat. I now own two!

They fit well for my husband and me. As a woman you can’t find a hat that fits and doesn’t have the big button on top! We would love to see a green and gray color in the selection.

The first hat order didn’t arrive within 3+ weeks. I contacted the company….they were responsive and I received a replacement within the week of me reporting the issue.
Hat is good quality and fits great.
