Jack helped me from start to figure out how many boxes and guys needed with the job. Was moving from Uk to Sweden and house was a mess. So we did a video call and walked around the house and he made an estimate. Guys arrived few days later and they were efficient and friendly, we had just a small elevator but they kept good spirit !

Then many weeks later I realized I needed the receipt for the payment for insurance company.

I contacted jack Again, and same day he got me the documents sent to me email.

Excellent response time. And all goods arrived without damage.

I highly recommend Anglo Pacific International Limited for their efficiency and professionalism. Keesha Dewar especially after sending me an email to follow up on my original email enquiry 26 February 2026 for a quote. She provided me quote and all the relevant information such as sizes of boxes /cartons along with what's prohibited and allowed to ship or send air freight. Keesha was very lovely and knowledgeable from start to finish of the process with her patience and time taken in answering all my questions pretty much instantly. Especially for the fast urgent service I asked for due to moving out and having only a week to sort and pack boxes to get shipped to Australia. Keesha also emailed through other forms including custom to complete where I listed all items in each box and emailed to Keesha for her to review and approve. Once all was signed dated and completed. She then arranged for my boxes to be collected next day to arrange shipping to Sydney Australia which is estimated to arrive mid May 2026. Keesha accomplished my time frame within the week for the whole process and had my boxes collected. This gave me so much comfort and confidence that my boxes are in good hands to be shipped off to Sydney Australia. I cant thank Keesha enough for her constant following up and providing answers to my many questions to allow the trust. She is definitely a great asset to Anglo Pacific. Thank you Thank you Keesha. We emigrated from the U.K. to New Zealand and chose Anglo Pacific to do the shipping. The service provided was accommodating (we moved our dates several times), Dipak Parmar was responsive and the packing crew were very professional. Would recommend.

Communication was excellent. I received answers to all my questions, and my items were packed quickly and securely.

Via my contact at Anglo Pacific, Arman, they did a great job at a very competitive price. The quote was done via WhatsApp which was easy, and on the day the removalist team came to us in Bristol and did a good job -- just one small item was damaged but that's pretty good for a mountain of boxes. Care was taken with the fragile and bulky items. At the Australian end Anglo Pacific's partners managed the customs paperwork processing and our stuff turned up as soon as it was cleared. Overall a good value and professional service.

Anglo Pacific - Mark and Dipac Parmer we particularly helpful in quoting for and arranging shipment of furniture from the UK to New Zealand at very short notice. In particular they clearly explained the documents that needed to be completed and signed were responsive to any questions I had - responding the same day. It is a big step to move all your possessions to the other side of the world, and I must say that Anglo Pacific and specifically Arman Amnir made the whole process quite simple. From obtaining a quote that contained no hidden extras, collection and packaging of our goods, giving an accurate time scale of shipping and straight forward instruction for delivery to our new address in Australia.
We are now enjoying life with our children and grandchildren with new experiences daily and certainly Anglo smoothed a lot of our worries about moving.

Everything was great with my experience with Anglo Pacific, I had quite a few fragile items I was worried about and everything arrived with no breakages, it was all packed really well. My shipment even arrived earlier than I had expected which was good. Arman and the team handled everything professionally and were really nice about everything, which was helpful considering this was my first time doing such a big move by myself.

The staff were very helpful in assessing the goods online and then supporting us with every step of the process.
We transported a container load from Scotland to Australia with only one small breakage.

We recently used Anglo Pacific for our move from London to Sydney and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The packing team were brilliant professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced. They took real care in packing everything carefully and securely, which gave us huge peace of mind with such a long international move. It was clear they treated our belongings with respect.

Our agent Dipak was excellent throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful before the move, and just as supportive post-pack, with a bit of back and forth as we finalised details. He was always responsive, patient, and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel very manageable.

Missing items of very high value with total lack of communication. Items packaged very poorly so many items damaged. Extremely disappointed.

UPDATE in response to management comment:

It’s very ironic that management are able to respond to Trustpilot reviews the next working day, yet we can go weeks without receiving a response to direct emails asking for updates.

The issue is no longer simply about an “estimated” delivery window, it’s about basic customer communication and accountability. Our experience continues to fall far short of what we would reasonably expect. I maintain that I would not recommend this company.

Upper estimate was 12 weeks but it’s been 16 weeks now and goods are still not here. Hidden charges of over $400 despite reassurance that there wouldn’t be any. They pass you to an agent at destination from another company who can charge what they like for goods to be released.

Minimal support and an overall terrible experience. Agents take weeks to respond and don’t offer any help. Will tell my full network to go with other shipping companies.

Highly recommend Anglo Pacific. Arman was fantastic — super organised, clear with communication, and genuinely made the whole process stress-free. Most importantly, everything arrived safely at our destination and in great condition. Really grateful for his support and would absolutely use them again.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to due to how disappointing this experience has been, especially given the positive reviews on here.

The initial quote stage with Jack was good. He was polite, responsive, and clear. Unfortunately, once handed over to operations, communication declined significantly. Updates were reactive, not proactive, and we had to constantly chase for information.

Our belongings were collected at the end of August, then sat in a warehouse for around eight weeks before being loaded, with no clear explanation or timeline. The final door-to-door time was 18 weeks (vs. the 10–14 weeks quoted), and we were rarely informed of delays unless we followed up. This made planning our move to New Zealand very difficult and caused additional living expenses.

We were also charged extra groupage fees when three boxes didn’t fit, despite being told by the movers that everything would fit in a 20ft container. Although management offered a small reduction, it didn’t address the wider service issues.

On delivery, several items were damaged due to poor packing. Some boxes were significantly under filled (further adding to the frustration regarding the extra charges), others contained rubbish, and fragile items weren’t properly protected, leading to many items smashed, broken and damaged. In addition to this the van unloading the items here in NZ scrapped the driveway of our rental damaging it. We have complained to the company but have had no response.

Most concerning from a customer service perspective was being asked by Dipak to leave a positive review, mentioning he receives a bonus for them, before our goods had even arrived and while issues were still unresolved. It showed a complete lack of awareness and accountability, despite the concerns we had raised throughout the process.

Overall, delays, extra charges, damage, and poor communication meant this was not good value.

Having completed a previous international move with another company, we know this could have been handled far better.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company and I would hesitate twice before considering going with them!
