Just as the title says, everything arrives on time and in pristine condition. They have a good pre-order service as well where you can pay a deposit until the item releases, you pay for it and you're told when it dispatches.

Order arrived quickly and packaged well, reasonably priced as well, no complaints at all!

Pre-Ordering was almost dangerous as the time to fulfill was very long but the order was shipped out immediately with international tracking and extremely well secured as soon as possible. Overall a great experience even if I will most likely not use again.

Been using Anifigz (Previous Otaku Hype) for a few years. Customer service has always been top notch when ever an issue has been encountered, up front and honest about any delays cause; especially in recent times with the shipping delays due to events in the red sea, always well packaged when dispatched and received.

Anifigz (formally OtakuHype) has been my go to website for figure shopping as a resident of the UK i've since bough 4 figures and have 6 pre-orders from them, they are affordable and offer a service of great quality. They allow deposits or pay in full which has helped me when i saw a figure i adore! they also are helpful when given questions. i highly highly recommend this site for any anime or manga enjoyers its super friendly for figure collector beginners!

Saw the good reviews from this company and decided to give them a shot and I can happily say that the reviews run true! My item was shipped the day after I placed the order and it arrived well-packaged with lots of wrapping paper and bubble wrap to keep it safe. The order also came with a cute thank you note which I appreciated! Definitely recommend this company... they have great service and their prices are extremely fair!

This place is amazing, 1st time ordering from him I got hunter x hunter nendoroid preorder.
you can pay a 10%deposit (e.g. £5.40) and then you will get an email to pay the rest, which I got the figures before the day on the site which I am so happy about.
They came very fast 48 Royal Mail. they was packed very well with no damage.
I recommend this place so much I will be preordering more and buying different things

My item was a preorder so it took a while to arrive but unfortunately the box was fairly damaged, there were two dents/rips but it was a prize figure so I don't care that much.

I would suggest more packaging for protection reasons, the brown paper is enough for some products but not everything. I will still continue using this company though.
