Animal Aunts Avis 7

I’m not going to talk with emotions, just plain facts.
When I left to go on a two week holiday I left my fit, healthy Cockapoo behind thinking he was in safe hands.
He developed leptospirosis in the last week which is curable if treated with the right antibiotics.
To use their words “he stopped eating two days ago and is having funny turns” by the time I rushed him to the vets the damage to his kidneys was too severe and I sadly had to put him to sleep.
If this were your mother or friend would you not use your common sense and get them to the hospital? I honestly thought that the huge cost of employing an animal aunt meant you got someone that had been briefed on the basics.
I wouldn’t even be posting this if I had received a sorry for your loss. The company didn’t even have the decency to send that.
Nothing can bring back Bob but their lack of judgement was unforgivable.

Always a pleasure to deal with and a great service provided. I wish there were more companies like this around.

We have received excellent care for our Kennels and Cattery through Animal Aunts, namely Steve and Alex. I can’t praise them enough. They have gone above and beyond expectations in their care of both our boarding pets, our own pets and the security of our property and the boarding facilities. They have looked after us on many occasions over many years and we will always be so grateful for their support. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Extremely reliable and fairly priced. They took excellent care of our two cats on several occasions and we found the whole process to be transparent and convenient.

Been using Animal Aunts for many years now. My dogs and cats love their aunts to such a degree that they are happy to see us go. I know they will be looked after and cared for and even spoilt with attention. Leaving myself and my husband to enjoy our holiday knowing our babies are in safe hands.

Over the years there have been countless times when the services of Animal Aunts has been called for. Always reliable, trustworthy and the Aunts without fail go above and beyond. I would not trust my animals or home with any other service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We own a smallholding and they provide us with an Aunt who is able to look after all the different animals and birds we have. We also have four dogs and it means that they don't have to go into kennels. They get to stay in their home environment and keep to their routines. We are also sent regular updates should we want them. We have had several aunts over the years and we are extremely satisfied with the service AA provide. Wouldn't use anyone else.
