Anime Figures Shop Avis 5

I’ve had a terrible experience with this anime figure shop. They sent me the wrong item, and I had to pay to return it myself. The return was delivered over a month ago. I tracked it, so I know they received it, yet I still haven’t had a refund. I’ve been emailing weekly to chase this up and I’m now getting no responses at all. I’ve had to report the issue to my credit card company.

Really disappointing service. Do not use.

Complete scam - just drop shipping things from Ali Express.
Ordered over priced shoes - $60 on Ali Express $160 from there - because it was listed as Jordan Ones.
Wrong design arrived after a long delay between order and shipping.
Reached out - was told too bad.
Lodge a dispute with paypal - sent the shoes back to their registered address in Sydney.
Then they have updated the address to France now.
And are attempting to skirt refunding again.
Hoping PayPal sees through them but these guys are just shady drop shippers.

My partner paid £180 for a particular figure that took weeks to be delivered. What he received was utterly unacceptable. Not only was the item nothing like the one picture on their website, it was broken in multiple places.

Customer service have been emailed requesting a refund. Their initial response has been to offer a credit note or ‘immediate compensation’ if he decides to keep the broken pieces of this figure? Again, unacceptable.

He plans on raising the issue with his bank if a resolution isnt reached in X amount of days but we’re not hopeful. I’d suggest others speak with trading standards regarding their own experiences too!

Ordered 2 figurines in December 2024 as a gift. Order arrived late & incorrect figurines sent. Spent over £130 and contacted the company to enquire about what happened - the employee I spoke with ask for photographic evidence, which I provided. Most communication was at the end of December and then into January 2025. I then stopped receiving responses to my emails, with no solution as to why the incorrect figurine was sent. I sent another email in May 2025 to be told: “ Upon review, we have noticed that the 30-day return period has been significantly exceeded. As a result, we are unfortunately no longer able to process your return request.

Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.”
I responded with screenshots of attempted communication but had no response… AGAIN.

Completely useless customer service. I would recommend to save your money & sanity by avoiding ordering from this company.

Absolute scam! Do not purchase from these. They stole £99.99 from me!
