Low rating because while it's cheap, the servers went down frequently. If the servers are up, then the panel can't be accessed.

Such a SCAM i dont even know how i fell for it. the website was trash so how can you expect them to run your game server too.

The server we bought is gone even though it's not the period to end yet, and the discord ticket for customer service isn't working as well. A truly money robber.

sumpah, website gak jelas, gak bisa buka game panel apalah, ini udah hampir 4 hari gak bisa di akses, duit ilang begitu aja cuman buat make server hosting abal abal, sumpah jangan pernah pake jasa hosting disini, dan juga dukungan di discord nya juga gak jelas, masa kita gak bisa open ticket, udah berbulan bulan fitur itu kagak di perbaiki, jadi gimana kits customer mau complain? SCAM. JANGAN PERNAH PAKAI JASA DARI ANJAS ID, GAK JELAS!

Server udah berhari2 nggak bisa ngeload + bbrp menit sblm itu, serverny setiap kali log out reset sendiri

Server Panel won’t open / Difficult communication with staff.

As a former user of Anjas Hosting (used to use it frequently), I cannot recommend this service.

During my time playing, the server would crash very frequently, and we would sometimes have to wait hours for it to come back online. It was also very difficult to contact support or write a ticket for help from staff since they would close it with no apparent reason.

The worst part, they would shut down their panel for multiple days (or weeks) without any announcement on their channel or website, and leave us, to wait indefinitely on the panel opening back up. Not even the forums (that they listed on their owned website), could help as they closed them a long time ago.

Advice for Anjas:
I would give advice to Anjas Hosting, and the people behind it, that they should be more transparent / responsive to users, and announce any problems with the panel.

Game Panel down sudah beberapa hari, dihubungin via discord tidak pernah ada balasan. tidak ada penjelasan sama sekali.

Sebelum kalian mencoba server ini lebih baik jangan dari pada Kecewa.

the server frequently down, and now its up, but i cant access my bot file, shown as "This directory seems to be empty."
the only thing that i thought my bot still run, because its just the cache, and the file possibly wiped away

they use bad machines, all specs are the same and all servers are combined into one machine
the server often doesn't respond

Me and my friends bought a minecraft server from their website, we upgraded from IDR 49k package to IDR 169k package and we still get the same exact problem, the server gets shut down very often. I tried making a ticket in their discord server but it turns out that new members can’t even make a ticket.

Overall a very bad experience, will move to another host after this month’s period is expired. 2/10 would not recommend.

Host randomly shutdown causing data corruption on my minecraft world, and the discord said nothing about it or any warning about the occurrence, inconsistent internet speed and also server panel went offline often but it was never long, usually around 5 minutes of downtime. Customer Service was abysmal, went to CS (Customer Service) to consult about some problem i was facing, the reply time was long and the respond didnt help at all, no solution and they closed my ticket without solving my problem.

Hosting TOLOL yang pernah ada.

So today i bought 98k IDR Server minecraft for modpack and i want to instal the mod but i try for 6 hours i even DM the CS but he ignored me brow.. this is pure scam.. if someone read this plsss dont rent their server or u got purely scam from them

The website often has errors, the Minecraft server lags, and when I ask on Discord, they never answer.
