Order placed on 2nd January, this seller did not provide any updates. So on 13th January I requested an update on my order and then on 16th January they simply cancelled and refunded my order without providing a refund. AVOID - CUSTOMER SERVICES IS NON EXISTENT ITS LIKE ONE WOMEN RUNNING THE BUSINESS WHO CANNOT COMMUNICATE

The couch is very sturdy and comfortable. I'm very satisfied and it isn't hard to build.i would recommend.

With company,, Polskie Meble Anna Furniture" everything went wrong from the start.
And yet we ordered a sofa, which was delivered quite quickly.
But... this is a sofa breed, i.e. the material seems to be good, but there is no mechanism that would raise the back when you need to fold the sofa.
You have to use considerable physical force to finally assemble the sofa.
And also...
after about an hour the seat starts to move forward, and a gap forms.
And you have to move the sofa.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. The lack of communication is outrageous I was told the delivery of my order would be up to 6 weeks and it ended up being delayed for almost 12 weeks now, with me still chasing until the very last moment if the sofa was going to be delivered. You try to call the line and the voicemail will drop in and regardless of how many times you text on whatsapp they might think of replying back after a week. Very unprofessional and it has been a very bad experience so far. They really need to work on their customer service, I would never order from them again!! Still have not received my order
