My family bought me some Gold earrings for Mother's day which I chose. At no point did someone mention that they have silicone backs and not Gold backs. I didn't try them on in the shop.
When I put them in on Mother's day I was a bit taken back by it as it looks cheap and was not what I expected. But well...after I while my ears got infected as I reacted to the silicone. We went back and ask if we can have Gold backs for the earrings. They wanted to send the earrings off. I ask if they can send one of their own earrings off. After a bit of forth and back, they did. Now the backs arrived about 2 weeks later and they are the cheapest Gold around, not the same as the earrings. Plus we had to pay another $126 for them. So disappointed, we went for years to this shop- not anymore. So be aware!

I purchased a ring at Ann Louise…

I purchased a ring at Ann Louise Jewelry at CrossIron Mills, and it turned out to be one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. My salesperson was Veronica.

I bought the ring for a confirmed price, and about a week later they called to tell me I needed to pay more because they didn’t have my size in stock. I agreed, even though it wasn’t what I expected.

Then, two weeks later, they called again saying the price had increased once more due to the “cost of gold.” In total, the ring ended up almost 50% more expensive than the price I originally paid.

I tried to reason with Veronica, but she told me she was “just the messenger” and that my only options were to cancel the order or pay the difference.

For me, this was unbelievable, extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism.
A jewelry store that doesn’t honor its original price, keeps changing the cost after a purchase, and offers no real solutions is not trustworthy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location at all.

My experience with Ann Louise Metrotown in Burnaby, BC was a pleasure. Afaf (a Syrian name, translated I think it means AMAZING) assisted me in choosing the perfect watch, exactly what I was looking for. Kind, no pressure, a woman of integrity. I WILL Be Back‼️

Ordered a citizen 300 m diver in blue.

Excellent product. Customer service was Excellent. Andrea. Came on time with bullet proof packing. Be prepared to get into this package. No hassle order and delivery. Came as stated at a great price. I highly recommend this business. Very pleased and will purchase again

I wish I could give them minus 0 for…

I wish I could give them minus 0 for their customer service at the Cross iron Calgary location. The customer service was so pathetic and 3rd class. I would never ever go to Ann louise ever again. First when we entered the store no one acknowledged or greeted us we were waiting and standing there for 25mints.
Secondly, I ordered ring online which came as smaller size. I went to Cross Iron mall store to exchange it. First the lady gave us false information said if we want bigger size then the price would be 499 instead or 349. When I checked online the price was same as $349 for bigger size as well. I showed it to her she said no no that's not right. Then I found out that the price she was telling me was of differennt type of ring with different carat size, which she was not aware of . Lack of knowledge. Then I asked her, Can you please tell me weight of the ring. She said no, we don't tell the weight. So strange . I have the right to ask. Her name was Yechika (I hope I spelled it right). Then when I said I want to return this ring and can you please order bigger size for me of this same ring type online. she said no , you have to do it. I was so frustrated that she was saying NO for everything. Then I said call your manager, he was more rude , he came and snitched the ring from me (please check store cameras) and said give it and take your money back. We not going to order anything online for you. That's our policy. His name is Stan.(I hope the spellings are correct). I never had such bad experience ever before. ANN LOUISE was always my favorite store.But now it's bye forever to this store . I am sharing this experience so that people should know how they behave when it comes to exchange or return.
