First class design

Onto my 2nd purchased lamp from ANTA and delighted. David Kennedy and Isobelle Anderson designs complement each other really well to form a pair of lamps that are not identical. Have always dealt with the Tain hub who are incredibly efficient and friendly. No trip to the highlands is complete without a visit, no house a home without their product. Perfect

Poor customer service

I've bought a lot of beautiful things from Anta over the years, but when I had a problem - a flaw in the glazing of a stoneware piece - customer services were extremely slow and tried to fob me off, saying the finish was normal. I have bought many Anta stoneware items and never had this issue. They refused to pay postage for a return and exchange. At every step they dragged their heels. I tried to post a review on their website and they blocked it. So sad to encounter this from a Scottish manufacturer.

Smoky Candle

Received a candle as a gift. Filled the room of black smoke!!!! Expensive cheap quality. The only place for this is in the bin

Appalling customer service when an issue arises

Lovely products but apalling customer service when an issue arose with a product. I emailed multiple times before received a brisk reply which didn't help resolve the issue. After push back, I was advised I would be sent new handles for a bag, but they were never sent. I then escalated to the Owner, who hasn't bothered to reply to any of my emails. My calls are not returned. I have spent a lot of money with ANTA over the years and will never shop with them again. A very dissapointing experience.

Ordered some candles online in the…

Ordered some candles online in the recent sale - described as having lids. Not so. Customer services appeared more intent on pointing out that the photo on their website did not show lids rather than admit the written text was incorrect (human error, apparently). Somehow I should have known the difference between pots and jars. Silly me assuming that the written description was correct… Eventually Anta agreed I could send them all back if I wanted. A dispiriting experience from a company that used to be so helpful.

Charmless customer service

My enquiry ref forthcoming reductions on a cube met with a vague response so I bought at full price and the item was then hugely discounted within weeks. A parsimonious effort at redress was made. It took the MD nearly 8 weeks to respond to my complaint with an inference that responsibility lay with me for not guessing that there would be a sale. Disappointing.

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. After contacting Anta twice regarding a candle bowl which cracked mid-use, burning a hole through my Anta table runner and pine chest, I have yet to receive an acknowledgment/ reply from them. It’s been almost four weeks now.

Their stuff looks really good

Their stuff looks really good, but the quality is variable and at these prices that is not acceptable. You need to think carefully about their floor rugs, because although they look great they wear very very easily. Who wants a rug with holes in it after only a few years light use? We also bought a set of cushions that became scruffy very quickly, again with minimal use. On the other side their throws are wonderful.

Anta does not offer repair services, which is a shame, because by the time an outside repairer has done the repair it will cost about the same as a new rug. Once (twice) bitten twice shy.

Fabulous Quality & Professional Service

Anta makes such beautiful products and their customer service is outstanding. An issue I had with my online order was rectified very quickly. Both dishes I purchased are gorgeous to look at and are of perfect quality. I will definitely buy more from Anta in the future.
