Like Paul's review I bought a new house on the same development where Antares were commissioned to supply and install the windows. Within 12 months we were noticing that multiple window units were blowing and Antares were very good and replaced the blown units with new ones. At the same time multiple locks and handles were being very unreliable and these were also replaced. Despite the disruption and wait, we were happy that Antares would get around to fixing the issues. This continued for the next 3-4 years with alarming regularity, I don't think there is an original window in the whole house now. Units would blow and they would be replaced but it became a problem when the same windows that had already been replaced needed replacing for a second time. I think there is also "at least one" thats on its third failure. Covid clouded the issue even more and now we are well outside of the 5 year warranty but they are starting to blow again. So windows that have already been replaced twice are now proving faulty again. At one point we had both upstairs and downstairs windows that could not be locked due to failure of the locks and handles. Antares made no attempt to resolve this quickly despite it being a security issue. On 10th October 2025 I asked them to quote me to replace all of the problem windows and window locks that now are failing again. My biggest issue is that there has been no response which tells me more about Antares than the inferior quality windows that they have fitted and fitted again and again. I am sure the other houses on the development are having exactly the same issues as you can see the cloudiness when the temperature drops. What should be a good review is compromised due to replacing blown units with units that then blow within a short space of time. The quality is just not there and as a final comment the windows do not exclude any noise, you can hear conversations that people walking by are having as if they were inside the house...

Moved into a new build house that Antares installed the windows for. After 7 years one window jammed shut and as i knew that it was past the 5 year warranty I employed a national window company that was used by our insurance company in the past to look at. They inspected the window and said the windows had not been packed correctly and that was the issue, they would have to get the window open and repack the window to fix the issue which is what they did. I asked them to have a look at the other windows and they pointed out that they could see the others windows were dropping and the same thing would happen with these. This year I have had to get 3 windows redone again at a cost of over £450 and will probably have to get more done. As the issue was with what was explained to me as bad packing I contacted Antares to ask if they would do something about this, after about 4 emails they are just ignored.
