Emily was a fantastic teacher and we enjoyed all four sessions. She was calm, and spent a lot of time answering the group’s questions and tailoring the content to what our needs were. She created a really supportive atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable sharing their concerns which is exactly what we wanted from antenatal class. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks em!

We recently attended antenatal classes throughout July with Emily and both myself and my husband would highly recommend.
As first time parents we both felt overwhelmed with all of the information out there for new parents however these classes have allowed us to focus on learning the what we actually need to know in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Emily is a brilliant coach with a wealth of knowledge and she broke the classes down into clear topics focussing on labour and the birth, paediatric first aid, breathing techniques and newborn care.
She always allowed time to ask questions and encouraged discussion in the group, also making it a great opportunity to get to know the other couples. Thank you Emily!

As a prospective father I wasn't sure what to expect from Emily's antenatal classes but I'm so glad that my partner and I went. Emily provided us with a really thorough and well structured course with incredibly useful detail on pregnancy, the birth processes, and what to expect when the baby arrives.

Attending with other prospective parents was helpful and reassuring as we learned together, with lots of opportunities to benefit from other people's questions that we might not have thought of ourselves.

Thank you to Emily for massively increasing my knowledge and confidence, and helping us feel even more excited about our next steps.

My partner and I booked onto Emily's Cheltenham antenatal class and we're so glad we did! Each week we came away feeling more confident having learned so much. There's a huge amount of useful information included but Emily has a lovely conversational style to her classes and there are plenty of opportunity to ask questions throughout.

We also did Emily's hypnobirthing short course and really enjoyed and benefited from that as well. As the birth of our baby fast approaches, I feel it is something to be excited about rather then something to be frightened of and get through.

I can’t recommend Emily at New Beginnings Antenatal highly enough! From the very first session, she made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly understood. Her knowledge is incredible, but it’s her calm, down-to-earth approach that really sets her apart. She explains everything in such a clear and reassuring way, making the journey into parenthood feel far less overwhelming.

Together with my husband we have booked the antenatal classes and we loved it! Emily is the loveliest person and she took time to explain everything you need to know about that “before, during and after labour things”! All our questions have been answered which definitely made us feel a lot more confident! We feel a lot more prepared and ready to welcome our little one! We have also met some great people through the classes! Would highly recommend Emily’s classes!

Myself & my Husband booked in last minute for the March course, our baby is due April.
Emily was really amazing & provided so much information that I now feel so much better informed as I begin my journey as a FTM. We’ve also made friends along the way which is lovely to have people experiencing newborn life at the same time we are.
I loved the convenience of the sessions being week day evenings.

Emily is so friendly and put me at ease coming into her class. Her classes were so informative and went more indepth then the NHS antenatal classes I've attended. I loved that Emily really encouraged questions so we all really understood what our options for delivery and pain relief are.

Emily’s antenatal classes were fantastic. I was a bit worried about attending antenatal classes as I am a first time mum and my knowledge was limited, but I have walked away knowing everything I need to know, some gold dust tips and feel very prepared to welcome my little girl into the world. Emily provided so much support throughout, especially as I have been having a difficult pregnancy and you really feel heard in her classes. The classes were fun for both myself and my husband and we met some fantastic people, so much so I was quite sad for our last session. I couldn’t fault a single thing about Emily or her classes and highly recommend anyone to participate. Thank you so much for your knowledge and support x

Highly recommended to anyone looking for antenatal classes. Emily was amazing and so engaging. We learnt everything we needed to learn in a fun memorable way. Both my partner and I feel we are now as prepared as we can be for the birth of our little boy. We found the information and support we received invaluable to our journey.
