Anthem Sports Avis 

Sales person (Jules) is a real asset, w/ consistently prompt, helpful responses to all our questions. Anthem quickly shipped our order (partially), and Anthem quickly billed us for it, but what was delivered doesn't appear to include all the pieces we believe we should have received. Jules is trying to figure out what went wrong and how to correct the problem, but now our installation timing is now delayed.

two goals shipped in an open carton that was destroyed. The packing bag was not shipped with two goals. One of them had obviously been used. I think we should’ve got two new goals. They did send us the bag, but strange customer interaction in my opinion.

The net at our city park was in need of replacement. I asked the local worker if I could donate a net to the city and she said yes. I ordered the net and then I found out that the city could not accept a donation because it could be considered a "bribe". I canceled the order but it had already been shipped. I figured that I would accept the net anyway and donate it to our local club. Anthem Sports recalled the net and gave me a no questions asked refund. I will be a customer for many years to come!

When I ordered Saturday before 1pm it said on their site that it would ship out that day. It didn’t ship until Monday and my daughter’s birthday gift was late. Other than that the ball arrived and is great quality. Had it not been for the shipping issue I would have given them 5 stars.

Edited- company reached out and refunded shipping. I would recommend them. Just note that if you order on a weekend your order will go out on Monday.

I ordered a large and the strap around the waste was too short and then I ordered an extra large and the strap is no longer than the large

The body armor long sleeve shirt I bought for my son who plays hockey is perfect. The protection it provides is essential. Provides additional clavicle and kidney protection. Sizing was fairly true to size - fits perfectly. He will probably outgrow it fast but in order for the pads to be in correct position, the shirt really should in line with the actual size not too big. Anthem was prompt and delivery came on time.

I ordered 2 outdoor seat cushions for a gift. There were a Lot of color and style options to choose from! The cushions arrived very quickly with normal shipping, which was an added bonus!! The seat cushions were made from quality materials. The recipient loved them!
