High quality products and faultless customer service
Stand out customer service all round. Ordered three items and when delivered (only 2 days later) found that I'd overestimated the size of the jacket - absolutely nothing wrong with it but just my own mistake. Followed the really simple returns and exchange policy and was contacted to confirm what day replacement would be dispatched and the delivery date. Anthony is a pleasure to deal with and I wish more people ran their business like him

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. No problem when I needed a smaller size. Anthony was very effective in getting the replacement to me and communicating regarding the return of the jacket.
All in all a good experience, would recommend and use again.

The whole experience from ordering on line to delivery was first class! Anthony was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed all the way through. The trousers are exactly what I wanted and of excellent quality, also true to size. I would use them again and recommend.
