Abiti di fattura indiana realizzati con materiale di qualità basilare. Finiture approssimative. Vestibilita’ sufficiente. Se comprati a inizio stagione non valgono il prezzo pagato. Ok in saldo con la consapevolezza che non sono abiti durevoli.

I ordered there twice. The first time I received a completely different dress than the one pictured. As I saw the negative reviews for the company I didn't complain and just gave it to a friend. As I really like the style I gave it another try and ordered a jumpsuit. This time I received the right item but it was completely broken. All the pearls were fallen off and there were holes everywhere! Unbelieveable the would even send out clothes like this. So we first wrote an email to the customer service. No reply at all. Then I wrote them over fb messenger. First they replied and promised me another one which they never send. When I wrote again I was blocked. What kind of company is that, that treats customers that way?! Unbelievable! This is fraud. Do not waste your money there, you won't get a refund nor another item.
Never again!

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!
I have placed my ordered, they sent me wrong item which was cheaper and small size than what I paid and they don’t exchanged it or give me my money back! Terrible costumer service, they don’t pick up the phone and don’t reply to emails and messages! Once they picked up the phone and hang up on me ! Terrible terrible, save your time and money and never order from them! My order was in September 2023 and until today which is December I haven’t gotten my money back or exchanged the wrong item they sent!

Non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto del sito online perchè la qualità degli abiti è pessima, ho ordinato varie volte perchè obiettivamente i prezzi sono abbordabili ma in realtà si tratta di manufatti indiani, non c'è nulla di italiano, e le rifiniture sono penose per non parlare delle perline e degli strass penzolanti, delle bretelline scucite e sfilacciate, dei vestiti sgualciti e macchiati e perfino del terribile puzzo da magazzino cinese che ad ogni apertura di busta si percepisce. Ho speso parecchio per questa azienda e in passato mi è andata bene (nonostante qualche piccola delusione che comunque non aveva intaccato la mia fiducia e la mia fedeltà nei confronti di questo brand), ma negli ultimi tempi Antica Sartoria (che di sartoria non ha più nulla) è peggiorata moltissimo, il servizio assistenza è inesistente, non rispondono nè alle mail nè ai messaggi nè alle telefonate ed è impossibile perciò fare un reso. Non comprerò mai più da loro, meglio rivolgersi ad altre marche, magari un po' più costose, ma che offrono merce di pregio e ottima qualità.

Pessima esperienza, ho restituito gli abiti, ma nessuno si è degnato di ritirarli alla sede in Post a cui il corriere li ha consegnati...da evitare

Die Kleider sind sehr schön. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Ich gebe 3, weil man ewig auf die Genehmigung für die Rücksendung wartet. Ich habe vor 10 Tagen eine Rücksendung beantragt und bisher keine Rückmeldung von ihnen. Total unprofesionell!!!

Sono stupita e basita, io sono oltre 3 anni che acquisto ogni primavera un abito da Antica Sartoria Positano. Creano abiti spettacolari, unici, con modelli originali, a volte con tanto pizzo, ricamo,ma in estate non crea problemi ,perché si armonizza con il tessuto e il modello. Io ho una serie di arcobaleno quando apro l'armadio , coloratissimi, tutti lunghi li adoro...e io non sono una donna che si accontenta quando si tratta di un capo di abbigliamento, deve cadere bene, essere un modello, colore particolare e soprattutto deve essere un ever green nell'armadio, che non deve conoscere tempo, ne seguire la moda del momento. È una griffe che non mi ha mai deluso e acquisto sempre on line, anche se adorerei andare presso un loro punto vendita e indossare provando i loro capi. Ma sono stata fortunata , sono sempre stati acquisti top e giusto.
