Antilow shop is a Scamming website. DO NOT ORDER from them! They do not deliver what you order, and you Never will receive your refund that they tell you that they have submitted for you to receive. They tell you to look for the refund and that it will be credited back to your account that you used to place your order. This is a Lie, You'll Never see that money again. I went back and forth with them for over 7 months patiently waiting as they asked, giving them much more time than what they asked. They Never refunded me. I ordered a Ninja Slushi Maker., but should've known that the price was too low that they were selling it for. If I could give them a Big Fat ZERO Rating then I would but I had to give a One in order to get to the part to leave the review. These people should do jail time for taking advantage of Honest people by taking their money like they do. I really feel like when you try to send replies to them about your issues I feel that their response back to you is computer generated and there is no real person sending you responses. After 7 months of trying totaling 49 attempts, at this point I give up and will just cut my losses. I wanted to leave this review so that you'll be Very Cautious about ordering from Antilow shop. Unless you want to take a chance on losing your money. You will get No Delivery of your item, No Refund of your money and You'll get the runaround from their Customer service. This is a Fraudulent company!

I placed an order off TikTok from Antilow.shop July 5, 2025. My so called order was delivered to another country twice. I can't get a full refund and I spent $145.00. Who can I report them to?

Antilow scammed me for $60.00 in July for an ice machine. It is now October -2025 and I still have not received my refund. Scammers at Antilow

Der Shop ist definitiv Betrug. Meine Bestellung wurde jetzt das zweite Mal versendet und zwar in die USA, wo ich nicht wohne und nie gewohnt habe. Nach erneuter Recherche ist der Shop jetzt auch geschlossen, man hat keinen Zugriff darauf. Auf meine Mail wird auch nicht reagiert. Ich sehe dies als Lehrgeld an. Bei TicTok gibt es diesen Shop auch nicht mehr.

I purchased an icemaker thru tik tok July 4 and after 1 month tracking # said it was delivered to my home. The cameras observed no deliveries, son in home checked immediately and no products delivered and after contacting antilow they said it was lost, after reporting it was delivered. The deal said FREE SHIPPING and i sent screenshot of the payment with payment if whole transaction! Antilow said that it was going to be a refund of 15$ less for shipping even though shipping was free and they have been giving me for 6 weeks the run around for reimbursement telling me I need to be patient. The total product was 25.99$ since shipping was free. They lied and stole my money with no intention on refunding me!

Scamming page!!! After ordering, they send you tracking code, order then after some time is successfully delivered, but nowhere to be found. After complaint they pay themselves another postage for another order, and same old story happens… allegedly successfully delivered but nowhere where to be found!!! Scamming page for sure!!!

I placed two separate orders
A month later NO delivery - although it says delivered and signed for
I asked for a copy of the signature or a photo of delivery
They said they didn’t have this - and offered me a 30% refund on items I NEVER received
They said they’re suffering difficult economic times
I would highly recommend not ordering from this company
Maybe one delivery getting misplaced is possible - but not two separate orders
I don’t believe they even shipped them
I think they’re delivery tracking is a scam as they won’t even share who the delivery company is

I placed an order with Antilow.com on July 16, 2025 (Order No. NM5512) for an Ice Maker Countertop with Handle. The order status later showed as “delivered” on August 18, 2025. But here’s the reality: no delivery was ever attempted.

- No courier rang the bell.
- No intercom record.
- No package at my door.
- No delivery note.

When I contacted their customer service, they admitted that the entire batch of packages had been lost. So, in other words, they themselves confirmed that nothing was delivered.

Yet despite this, the company refused to refund the full amount. They only refunded the cost of the product, while keeping $12 of the $15 shipping fee – for a delivery that never happened. Charging customers for “shipping” when no product is delivered is not just dishonest, it is outright fraudulent and illegal.

This is a deliberate scam tactic: they lure customers with cheap prices on TikTok, then pocket shipping fees even when orders are lost or never shipped at all. I have already reported this case to my bank and Visa for investigation and strongly urge others to do the same if they’ve been treated in a similar way.

⚠️ My advice: Stay far away from Antilow.com. You risk losing your money, wasting your time, and being treated with zero respect as a customer.

This company is a true scam!! I ordered a product and it never came. Now I can’t contact anyone for a refund. It’s been two months. Not only am I reporting them, I’m also contacting a lawyer and getting my brother, an FBI Agent and others involved!! This has to stop and they need to be shut down!!

AWFUL!!! Took my money for product I ordered..3.5 weeks later sends me tracking info that it’s in my hometown..4 days later still never showed..their response to me is they can send my money less shipping..2nd and apparently final offer they’ll send me 65% if my money..they will be reported to BBB..THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM SND THIEVES OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
