The experience purchasing was very easy. They shipped to Canada with ease. However I was disappointed that very little information on the piece I bought and when I took to get appraisal done I had to replace all the claws on the bigger diamond that cost me $800. But overall I’m very happy

Thank you for the feedback. I try and give as much information about each piece that we upload so I am so sorry if you felt it was not adequate enough. Re the claws often in antique jewllery the claws are small and delicate looking as opposed to modern rings that tend to have thicker chunkier claws. However I hope that now the ring has larger claws it will last for many years more. Sending very best wishes Olly.

I was very happy with the service
I was very happy with the service. The team was friendly, efficient and happy to provide additional details. The item was well packaged and more beautiful than the photo! The team took care of Customs paperwork and I was able to follow the progress of the delivery through the shippers app. I was hesitant ordering initially but this is a reputable business and the team operates transparently, with integrity and very clearly with love for what they do.

I received the beautiful necklace very…
I received the beautiful necklace very quickly. After being assured that it was secure- within two days, the thread that it was strung upon started unraveling, and when I put it down, it started stretching, and it was only a matter of good luck that kept it from breaking while I was wearing it and losing all of the beads.
I asked for help in paying to have it restrung and I have heard nothing back from any of the people that I have spoken with via email. It was Olly and Molly. I have restrung the necklace myself and asked for compensation for the materials that were only $50.
I have still not heard anything back. I spent three hours stringing the necklace and I imagine having it done professionally would have been a great deal more than just $50.

We are so sorry that you have not been happy with our service. When the seed pearl and citrine necklace was sent to you it had been checked for wearable condition so we are sorry to hear that the cotton thread has stretched when worn. As I explained in an email to you this can happen as cotton naturally can pull. I also advised you how to fix it. When you emailed again it was just after Easter and we were catching up with work so that is the reason for the delay in replying to you. I am so sorry if you thought that we were ignoring you as that was not our attention. If you would like to send the necklace back for a full refund we would be happy to do that. Best wishes Olly.

Excellent in every way.
Although the ring was slightly too small ( my fault ) it was a beautiful piece of jewellery. Unfortunately unable to resize. The whole experience from speaking to Matt to receiving item was seamless and we would have no hesitation in recommending AJC highly. To acquire a piece of jewellery with a story is precious , to be able to add to the story , incredible. Thank you AJC.
