The Antique Jewellery Company Avis 

Olly took care of my order of a Georgian ring on a Saturday. I wanted it sized and shipped on a particular date. The ring was shipped on the day I requested. DHL delivered it to us in West Virginia on time. The ring is sized perfectly and my wife is in love with it. Can't thank AJC and Olly enough! We will certainly keep AJC in mind for our next jewelry purchase.

Tho I had major shipping issues, with the first purchase package, an engagement ring, that eventually officially being called missing, as it never made it out of England. They were very good about communicating and trying all they could do to help, but it was on FedEx. 6 weeks later I purchased another engagement ring and a wedding ring, and that package got held up in NYC for over a week and I was most concerned. A few hours after calling them to vent, the package cleared customs and I did receive 2 days later. This time it was DHL and it was supposed to be signature required delivery, they just left it outside in the pouring rain where I discovered it hours later. Both situations were out of AJC control but they did try to help me in any way they could and I felt it all transparent and sincere. The ring is even more beautiful than I thought it would be

Having originally enquired about the weight of a bracelet I was interested in I received a lovely email with the information I'd requested and more pictures/videos. I missed out on that bracelet but found another one a couple of weeks later which I did purchase, and which was delivered securely the day after ordering. I particularly love this company because of the videos they upload showing the jewellery on a real person - I found it so helpful to see the bracelet on someone's wrist to get a good idea of size and what it looks like when worn. I couldn’t be happier with my bracelet, it’s beautiful and I wear it every day. I can’t recommend the AJC highly enough and would certainly purchase from them again. I’m a very, very happy customer!

I was dubious about online ordering for jewellery, so went to showroom for my first item. Friendly staff and lovely selection antique jewellery. Having been reassured, I ordered a second piece online. Staff helpfully took further photos and matched up with a beautiful Victorian chain. Both arrived in perfect condition.Will be proud to pass on to next generation
