I recently bought a beautiful vintage signet ring, something I have been after for quite some time. My query was answered very efficiently, and the ring resized and sent out extremely quickly.

It arrived in a beautiful box and it fits perfectly - thank you!

I have been obsessed with vintage/one of a kind jewellery pieces for as long as I can remember.
I had saved the most stunning ring, pretty much what I could only hope for in an engagement ring. And how luckily I was when my partner proposed and it was THE ring from AJC. I love the small family run ethos behind the company and think they are next to none with their online listings/pictures & videos of each piece. I never even saw the ring in person and knew it was the one from their online video- exactly as advertised, was honestly even more beautiful in real life. I got a 5 stone diamond/emerald Victorian ring.
Went in to visit the shop to get my ring resized last week and so I could meet the team- very friendly atmosphere and they had my ring resized and sent up to Scotland in 3 days… even sent it in a beautiful box. Very very happy. I will be looking down at this ring for the rest of my life and just smiling. Thanks for finding the most exquisite pieces.

I don't normally purchase jewellery online from overseas due to potential downsides & risks, however, I had nothing to worry about with AJC & everything was easy & went smoothly. Really good, personal service. Since this was a big purchase, I was apprehensive but the team were very helpful on a number of phone and video calls. Even when there was a technology issue, they were able to resolve it easily. This was a really good, personal level of service. The delivery method was very safe, clearly tracked and arrived on time without issue. And the ring was lovely too!

I purchased a diamond/ Pearl ring that was advertised at 0.8 of a carat . When it arrived the diamond was tiny , when I queried it they said it was a typo and should have said 0.08 of a carat , so mis discriptions act breached for a start . I then sent the ring back and was assured my deposit would be returned within ten days , ten days passed and still no deposit returned, I emailed and heard nothing then had to phone to chase it up and told would be another few days . Avoid this company at all costs !

I have now bought three items from this company - two online and one in person. What a delightful buying experience it is! So friendly and a lovely relaxed atmosphere in which to make an important purchase. No pushiness, plenty of expertise and such a lovely range to choose from. Such a different experience from many if not most antique jewellery companies. I highly recommend: you won't be disappointed in Olly and her team!

Made the mistake of buying an engagement ring here. The diamond fell out immediately upon receiving it and they refuse to cover the repair cost, or even cover the cost of the return. Customer service repeatedly blamed us for the damage, which literally happened within hours of receiving the ring and hardly being worn.

Upon taking it to a trusted jeweler, the setting is completely falling apart and in need of major repair to be worn securely. It was also immediately clear that the ring has been cast from an original antique. Not accurately advertised. Buyer beware.

Fantastic knowledgeable customer service and an amazing array of jewellery - forget lab grown diamonds - vintage/antique pieces are so much more sustainable.

Ring was "As Described" and exceeded expectations. Delivery took a bit longer than anticipated due to customs, but it was first purchase overseas.
